RENOVATED Stunning Five Bedroom Sea Pines Home with a NEW POOL & SPA!

Welcome to 31 Willow Oak Road West! This beautifully renovated five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home can host a group of up to twelve guests. It is a quick bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club where you'll find beach access, waterfront bar & dining, shopping + seasonal live music.

A nice perk of this home is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation weighing 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax. Please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

The home also features a brand new pool + spa - completed May 2025 (more details below).

• Distance to Beach: This home is a very easy bike ride to the beach. It is just 1.1 miles to the Sea Pines Beach Club. If you bike to the Beach Club - there are bike racks are available. There is also a seasonal complimentary beach shuttle that will take you to the Beach Club. You can drive/bike to the seasonal beach shuttle lot and they will take you to the beach access. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying typically mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm.

• Pool & Spa Info: A brand new private pool + spa was completed May 2025! The pool is approximately 26' by 14' with a depth of 3-6'. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

• Dog Friendly: This home allows one dog total per reservation & it must weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog + pay the additional pet fee.

• Three Living Areas with Flat Screen Televisions. One Living Area Includes: Ice Machine, Beverage Fridge + Sink & Ping Pong Table.

11 of us stayed here comfortably. The house was spacious, every room was gorgeous, and it has a beautiful pool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were able to bike almost anywhere we wanted to go. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The house was just as pictured - well appointed and spotless! Location was great and we loved seeing all of the wildlife around the house. New pool got a lot of use. It was perfect for our family of 10. The rental company was extremely responsive and helpful. Would return here in a heartbeat!

This was a wonderful home. Huge with lots of room for young children to run around.Fabulous swimming pool and the game room was great for kids and adults. The BR's enormous and spread out for quiet and privacy. Large soaking tub? yep! Dual headed shower? yep! Prefer a quiet deck with a beautiful golf course view. Yep has that as well. Beach, feeding horses, Quarterdeck and Lighthouse all less than a 2 mile bike ride. The kitchen had every amenity you could want. Just a wonderful stay. We certainly are planning on returning next fall and this home can't be beat. Finally this property's hosts are terrific. Coordinating a trip with children and grandchildren and spouse and all having some special request or allergy led to many questions. The host very timely and responsive to any and all questions. All involved get a rating of 6 on a scale of 1-5. Great trip!!!

We just returned from an amazing week at this house! We had nine adults and two toddlers. It was our first time to Hilton Head Island and staying at this house exceeded our expectations in every way. It is in the best location in Sea Pines with easy access to ride bikes to the Sea Pines beach club and local spots. The layout and space in this house is so inviting. The house is very tasteful coastal casual decor and has many well thought out details. (laundry baskets in each bedroom, huge closets with shelves, beverage refrigerator and ice machine) We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the gorgeous pool and spa with a ledge and waterfall which my family loved! The patio and deck have plenty of lounge chairs and seating for outdoor meals. We love that the house has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths which really worked well for our family. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nicely done. The owners have put a lot of thought into this home and it shows. Coastal Home and Villa manages the property and they were very attentive to any issues. Communication was excellent, timely, and efficient with them. We were there during an extreme heat wave and the A/C in the upper suite bedroom was not working correctly and keeping up to cool that area. Coastal Home and Villa sent out an HVAC person promptly and resolved the issue.My family wants to come back to this house! It checks all the boxes for a great family vacation home in Sea Pines in Hilton Head Island!

It's location within Sea Pines is fantastic - tucked away on a quiet street yet central to all the resort has to offer. The home itself is super clean, modern and laid out perfectly providing everyone in our group areas to hang out together and also our own space to chill when desired. The heated pool/spa are a wonderful recent addition and we used them a lot (although in late March/early April when we went, cleaning the leaves and tree debris from the area so we could enjoy it was almost a full-time job! A pool company came just once during the week we stayed - on Tuesday - and did a great job but the water and patio were covered with leaves/debris again by the next morning.)Coastal Home & Villa was great with pre-arrival info and super responsive to two minor issues we had during our stay so kudos to the management company as well! My only recommendation would be to have a folder/binder with instructions for operating the spa (would've saved us an email) and maybe some local restaurant/activity options. Overall, we'd definitely consider returning to this home when we visit HHI again.
