We are truly and sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. This is absolutely not the standard of stay we strive to provide, and we completely understand your disappointment and frustration. Most importantly, we are sorry that we let you down during a vacation to a place you have enjoyed for more than 13 years. The issues you described, from the overflowing trash and flies to the condition of the linens, cleanliness of the home, pest concerns, pool, and electrical outlets, are unacceptable. We especially apologize that you reached out to us about the trash and did not receive a timely response. You should never have had to follow up yourself to get an issue addressed, particularly one that was impacting your ability to comfortably enjoy the home and spend time outside. We are grateful to hear that the gentleman you spoke with was helpful, but we recognize that the situation should have been handled much sooner and more thoroughly. We are also very sorry that you left a review directly with Oasis and did not hear back from anyone. That is particularly disappointing to us because we want our guests to feel heard when they take the time to bring concerns to our attention. You deserved a response. We are taking your feedback very seriously and will be sharing these concerns with our cleaning, maintenance, and management teams as well as the homeowner so that these issues can be properly investigated and addressed. We know that an apology alone does not make up for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced, but please know that we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
