There are also several other golf courses very nearby, River Oaks, Pine Lakes, Arrowhead Golf Courses to name a few in this Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach. Accompany minors to pool.

NO SMOKING, No Vaping or E-cigarettes ALLOWED! No pets for renters per HOA rules. No parties/events. No commercial vehicles, Motorcycles or RV/campers or trailers allowed per HOA.
Must be 25 years old to rent. Photo ID required. The person/persons booking must be at least one of the people staying in the condo. Additional fees and taxes could apply. $250 charge if smoke or pets detected by housekeeper. Minors must be accompanied to pool. If Pool key is lost, there is a $250 charge.

Cleanliness & safety in our condo is a priority! There is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and in-unit fire sprinkler system in the ceiling for your safety. No stairs! Enjoying your stay, ensuring your comfort is always a priority! We love our repeat guests!
