It’s a 10 minute boat ride to the island via Water Taxi. We are the second home to the right from of the dock. Upon arrival, there is a caddy at the house to tote your belongings from the dock to the home.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Wash, dry and put up all dishes cups and silverware.
-Take all dirty linens and place them in the hallway where the washer is
- Wash and dry all dirty towels
-Take all your trash off the island with you, if left $50 per bag.🚨You can pay Eldred's Marina if you don't have the room in your car
-leave house key in kitchen
-Turn off all lights
-Turn AC to 75
-Return the dock cart to under the home by exterior stairs
