La decoración es cómoda y la cocina está totalmente equipada para las noches en las que desea quedarse. Alfombra en el dormitorio, el resto del espacio tiene baldosas y pisos de madera. Sala de estar y comedor abiertos. Un condominio perfectamente simple a un gran valor con una ubicación perfecta! TENGA EN CUENTA: El balcón privado de este condominio tiene una vista obstruida del agua. No hay ascensor en esta propiedad, solo escaleras de acceso.

A little TLC goes a long way. It’s the little things, wall mounted tvs, updated living room & bedroom furniture,(white wicker furniture now gray & dirty- curtain rod hung up with Command strips) repairs made in the bathrooms (cracked vanity top, missing the stopper in the sink). And please inspect the rocker in the LR, I have several bug bites around my feet. My husband doesn’t, he sat in the recliner. Such a nice area to visit, parking lot was well lit & building was nice. I was disappointed though that no care was taken into the visitors spending their time away from home. Just try!!!

Great location

Just a short walk to the beach, a Publix market, and Ricky Ts (live music daily). The condo interior is dated but we were there for the beach and felt it provided all of the necessities we needed.

Beach stay

The condo was perfect for our needs. This location has easy access to the beach and pool. Also close walk to grocery store. Basic and comfortable accommodations.

Great location

Unit needed some updating including bedroom & living room furniture. Was pretty spartan compared to other units we have rented in the area. The pool area was very nice plenty chairs and nice big deck all on the waterway. Has its own dock for fishing etc. However you are paying for location,location,location!

Lots of details in the "expectations" category that weren't met. Furnishings are aged, WELL used, show lack of care/maintenance. Items like vanities, toilets, kitchen appliances lack basic maintenance.

Super outdated

I booked a few days ahead of time. I waited for instructions nothing came so I sent a message the. Had to call Vrbo because we would be arriving that night. We finally got to property I sent a message again 1 o’clock in morning we finally got ahold of someone by finding a phone number. We had to drive down street to a reality place to find our paperwork still nothing. They ended up calling us back telling us we didn’t sign our contract had no idea they sent it to my email because I was sending text through Vrbo sight where it says contact us. We finally get there the place is so old and outdated we had no pillow cases for our pillows. We had to go to the reality place again to sign paper finally and then had to let them no we had no pillow cases we had one towel a person to use the whole week glad they had a washer and dryer. We went swimming the next day the lounge chairs and pool are so dirty they are plastic so it would be really easy to bleach and spray off but you can tell they just don’t. The only good thing is the location was nice and we felt safe there.

Reviewer Comments: This condo is conveniently located near the beach , restaurants and grocery store. The view of Boca Ciega Bay from the balcony was better than expected. The pool area facing the bay is very nice. The condo itself is greatly lacking in any type of creature comforts. It is very bare bones and requires some TLC , especially in the bathrooms. The secondary bath doesn’t have enough water pressure to properly shower or wash your hands. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to sleep at the end of the day, this works .

The bed was very nice and comfortable. We really liked that we could walk to several restaurants/bars as well as a grocery store and drugstore. Ha ing two bathrooms is a plus. The condo is not extravagant but fits the basic needs. We will stay at Amadeus again if in the area.

A Modest Unit in a Great Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're looking for a great location at a resonable price, comfortable beds, and don't mind walking up and down a couple flights of stairs, then this is the place for you. If you want a well decorated unit, up to date applicances and furnishings, and all the modern conveniences of home, I'd look elsewhere....but be prepared to spend more money. We stayed here a couple of years ago and decided to try it again. There have been a couple of updates since our last stay but overall the unit has seen better days.

Fabulous location - but unit needs some work

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though this building is not on the beach and the view is limited, the location is good for walking to the beach, restaurants, groceries and the park. The cleaning company does an excellent job but the owner has not maintained the property very well. The bathroom countertop is badly cracked and needs to be replaced, a patio chair had the back broken off and the recliner's foot rest is filthy. Decor is not the best - there are only 2 pictures that look like they're from the 80's and don't fit the decor. Nothing really matches. A pest company came inside the unit and sprayed while I was out. I would have liked to have been told in advance so that I could have secured $ and jewelry. Fortunately nothing was taken. The door has a key lock (not digital) which required me to rent a car to drive to the rental facility a few miles away to pick up and drop off the keys. Very inconvenient and costly for me since I had planned to just Uber to the unit. The rental agency was not accommodating and when my flight was canceled and I needed a place to stay for 2 add'l nights, the agency never even responded to my email asking if I could extend my stay.

We have shared your feedback with the owners for their review on possible updates and maintenance needs. The pest control is something that is set up through the condo associations board and that schedule is not always passed over to us so we are sorry if you were not made aware ahead of time about this service. In regards to the keys and getting them at our office location, this is how we handle a majority of our units and on the rental confirmation that came over to you for signature it states in there as well that the check in location is at our office. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused for you, however, it was information that was supplied to you upon booking. In regards to not getting back to you about additional nights, I searched this email address and did not see an inquiry about adding nights. We get back to all of our emails and if anything was missed we very much apologize for that. If this condo was not the right fit for you we have quite a large inventory and would happy to help you find the perfect fit for your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in this unit for the month of January, 2018. The open floor plan makes for a roomy feel and the views from the deck are very good even though it doesn't directly face the water. Only complaint would be the sleeper sofa. We had occassion to use the pull-out a couple of times, and found the mattress to be very uncomfortable. The management company was great to work with, and went out of their way in dealing with an internet issue we had the first few days.

Clean but could use some decorating help.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived earlier than check in but since the unit was available we did not have to wait. I appreciated this from the management staff. The unit was clean but completely lacked any personality - everything was white and beige and the couple pieces of art on the walls were faded pastels. Both TVs in the unit were poorly placed. The bedroom one was on a very low stand making it nearly impossible to view and the one in the living room was on a small cart across the room from the sitting area. We pulled the cart as far away from the wall as the power cords allowed to make it easier to view. There was a DVD player but no HDMI cord to connect to the TV. The kitchen arrangement is very inconvenient - difficult to reach the dishes in the corner cabinet and the disposal switch was several ft. away from the sink and behind the microwave. The curtain on the bedroom window was hung on a very cheap rod and not wide enough to block the light. 25 watt bulbs in the living room lamps made it difficult to read in the evening. The unit is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping but other places I have rented in this area are much more comfortable and less expensive.

Thank you for your feedback on this condo at the Amadeus property. We are so sorry the unit was not a good fit for you and if you had any troubles with anything. Please do not hesitate to contact us at our office if there is anything we can help an additional light or higher wattage bulbs, an extension cord maybe that could help, etc.... We are truly sorry though if you were not as comfortable here as you should have been!! We have quite a large inventory in our program, if this condo was not the perfect fit for you perhaps we have others that are!! It is a lovely area and we would be more than happy to help with finding you the right match! :-)

Amadeus #7 Treasure Island, FL

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great location. A 5 minute walk from the beach, and 2 minutes walk to Publix grocery store. Near plenty of food choices. The condo is very clean, with plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. King size bed in bedroom and pull out in couch. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend the property to our friends and relatives. Resort Rentals were very responsive to any issues.
