Emerald Isle is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. Most importantly, it provides direct access to the beach. The unit was clean, in great condition, and matched the pictures in the listing. It allowed us to unwind and refresh. The on-site laundry facility was very convenient. We plan on returning in the future. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

AC can go no lower than 72 degrees which is okay during the day but at night it was miserable. Make sure you bring quarters for washer and dryer. 1 to wash and 1 to dry clothes. Ice machine in fridge will take all week to fill up so plan on still buying ice. Pool is still not in service but location is perfect and it is very clean.

Great Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. The unit was clean and had what we needed. Pool was not opened yet but we knew that before we went..beach was perfect! Will definitely come back!

Great Location

Our first time visiting Redington Beach. The location of this property is great. Just a few minutes drive from great restaurants, grocery stores, and Johns Pass. Our family really enjoyed the beach and pool as well as the convenience to access them both. We only had a couple of issues upon check in but the host was very prompt in resolving our issues.

Great view but some minor inconveniences that could be better.

The view was great from our balcony, the unit was pretty clean (not sure how often the floor under the beds is vacuumed), the furniture was nice (except the beds were not very comfortable) and we had most of the essentials in the kitchen. While we could get in the building and our unit with a code, we needed a key to enter the pool area and leave the pool area. The locks weren’t great and it was sometimes a challenge to get them to work and we only had two keys. With 2 adults, a 15 yo and a 17yo, it would have been helpful to either have 3 -4 keys or even better would be a coded lock for the pool area. We were constantly strategizing to make sure we had a key and wouldn’t be trapped. Just a thought to make the experience more enjoyable. We would consider staying here again though.

Nice location

A few issues with tiny bugs all over the kitchen and bathroom counters. Also some bigger bugs in unit. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Not the best

Where should I start, upon arrival first thing you noticed is blue tape all over the floors it looks like a crime scene layout second the windows are so dirty you could hardly see out after it supposedly had just been cleaned, the bed spread on the master bed was so gray where it should have been White human hairs on the windowsill in the bathroom the patio door so hard to open that my wife couldn't even open it, this unit was not cut out as it was explained. Property Management we called to ensure the unit was good working order since a hurricane passed through two weeks prior we were told everything was perfectly working. Upon arrival we come to find out the pool's closed because it still has three feet of sand in it no deck chairs needless to say this unit was not cut out as a steller property. Scott H.

Loved the property and location. Room was as advertised with lots of recent updates. FYI to maintenance, drains need to be checked periodically. I cleaned out one sink that was not draining and had to run the disposal to get the kitchen sink to drain properly. The non-master bathtub needs its drain snaked, as tub fill up quickly when taking a shower. Instructions on how to find local TV would be helpful, as unit utilizes streaming services. It took a while to figure it out, and after Monday Night Football, it wasn't really an issue the rest of the week.

Family Vacation

We stayed in this unit last year and hoped that it would have been taken care of by now. The carpet in the bedroom is soiled and old, the blinds in the bathroom don't work and are dirty. The slide door to the patio is hard to open and close. The kitchen pots/pans need updating and coffee pot was disgusting. We had to clean it out with vinegar. You should have seen what came out of it. The rates keep going up, but no improvements are being made. The complex is a good location and quiet. If rates go down we will stay at this resort again but not at this unit.

So i really loved it and it will probably be our go to condo every year. Although every place on the beach was cleaning up sand from the hurricane and you guys were doing nothing in regards to the pool area being clean.

Enjoyed our first time stay

Room was clean. Overall nice place. Not sure why but there was a bandaid on a light switch. I guess was used to leave the switch on. It was clean but kind of gave an eww factor. Some of the bedding had stains on it. A quick call to the management company rectified the issue. My only other wish was that there were gas grills available to use versus the single charcoal pit.

Spring break

We loved our stay in Emerald Isle. The location was great and convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. We will be back and would like to stay again for the same week next year. The property manager had excellent communication asking how our stay was and asked if we need anything.

Needed Get A Way

Our original trip was supposed to be in Fort Myers but was canceled due to hurricane Ian. So, we chose Tampa and loved this property. It was so close to the ocean and walking distance to many restaurants as well. The condo itself was decorated very nicely. After walking on the floors for a half hour our feet were so dirty so obviously the cleaning people are not doing their job so that was disappointing. The chairs on the balcony need to be replaced as every time we sat down, we had to sit down very slowly in fear of them breaking. Also, the patio door and screen door need some help. Many times, it was hard to get open and closed. One other thing would be to have the grill on the property replaced. It is so old and all the grates we full of rust. Overall, we had a very nice get away and the views were spectacular.

Relaxing - perfect beach spot

This matched the online pics and descriptions. Location was great- nice little plaza right across the street with places to eat, grocery stores close by. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). Only thing I would say that was negative about the unit is the carpet in the bedrooms needs to go. Other than that- had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Beach Condo

The room was exactly as pictured. Pool overlooking the sandy gulf waterfront was beautiful. We would definately stay here again.

Place had no bath soap carpets where dirty and ripped showing tack strip in master bedroom.

The person I spoke with didn’t help us out much when we had to leave on very short notice . Really think we should be refunded half of our stay or 4 days as we had to look elsewhere for accommodations

Unit was clean and The kitchen and restrooms were updated nicely. The building is on the smaller side so not a ton of people to deal with which was nice. Great views of the beach and easy beach access.

Beautiful views, great location, but could use some updates

The condo location and views we amazing! Upon arrival we did immediately notice the cleaning company definitely did not clean as they should. Floors and bathrooms were dirty and bed linens needed to be washed. I did reach out to property management and immediately had a response from them. Later in the week the ac went out, they did go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation offering to move us as well as sending an ac company out to try to fix. Not only all of those but they also credited us back for the inconvenience to us for cleaning and ac. I would recommend renting with resort rentals again, but this particular property could also use some tlc to the appliances, carpet, and doors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and view.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo location, and very quiet. We would stay here again, but would bring cleaning supplies. My 6 year old’s feet were black the first night we got there, because the floor was so dirty. The key to go in all the door around the property was an annoyance, it would take several minutes each time to jiggle the key to make it work. Other than that, it was a nice quiet location for families.
