Having a son who attends Florida Tech makes this the perfect location for a visit and vacation! Being right on the water helps getting him to come over!!

The property was exactly as described. It is an older building, but it was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach with our two kids. We wanted to spend as much time poolside and at the beach, so we cooked all our meals in the condo. This kitchen had all utensils, pots, and pans needed to do so, and the convenience of Publix across the street was wonderful. There is a very safe crosswalk. There are restaurants within walking distance. We had one small issue that was dealt with so quickly. The locks had been changed and the new code had not been entered yet when we got there, however the property owners were so kind and quick to respond that it was not a big deal. The building manager on site is so responsive and helpful; he had it fixed within 20 minutes of us arriving.We felt secluded at the beach, and the pool was never overly crowded (good size for the size of the complex). This area did not have the partiers or felt dangerous at all. The nuanced beach shops and things to do are just up the road in Cocoa beach. I have never stayed in a place so unbelievably close to the beach. Literally steps away from the pool access. Such a good and relaxing vacation. We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

I always enjoy my stay at this resort. Unfortunately, i was not too happy about the conditions in our unit this time. The agent and condo manager on site (chris) were very helpful. I will still stay here in the future however in a different unit. There was construction going on that wasn't too bad until our last day. I realize that these things happen and are necessary to maintain the building. Overall a great place to stay with awesome views

Perfect size for our family

Room was clean. A little dated but not bad. Pool and grilling amenities on property were great. Perfect view of the ocean and beach in front was great.

Very happy with the unit we stayed in. Loved having a full kitchen with dishes, pots, etc. Publix right across road made easy access for groceries. Beautiful view and great pool. Loved watching the dolphins swimming in the mornings.

Location great, building nice, unit worn

Special location right in the beach. Short walk or bike ride to all the things you might need. Kitchen well equipped. Beds are two queens and two twin - no kings. Two baths is nice feature. Overall property is very well maintained pool is very clean and grounds and common areas well maintained and show well. Unit itself is north east facing so no sun except very early morning. Only disappointment really was condition of unit and furnishings. Worn and dated. Several little things not working and couch stained etc. It’s fine we still enjoyed ourselves but can’t ignore the nuisances. common areas

Location, Location, Location

Pool and beach right there! Great view of water from balcony, opened window at night and listened to the waves. Walking distance to anything you need including great restaurants.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

The closest I have ever been to the beach. Sitting on the balcony or by the pool, you felt like the surf could touch your toes at any moment. Perfect view with sunrises over the water every morning. The condo is spacious and comfy with a nostalgic old Florida vibe. We will likely be back at some point.
