Disfrutar de la comodidad y conveniencia de este condominio. Se instalaron nuevos pisos en noviembre de 2017 (las fotos de los pisos actualizados se encuentran al final). Todas las nuevas camas y ropa de cama se instalaron en la primavera de 2012, que incluye 4 camas tamaño queen y un doble para los arreglos para dormir versátiles. Las habitaciones son amplias, cada una con grandes armarios. Dos puertas correderas de cristal que dan acceso a la terraza grande. El salón presenta una nueva sofá-cama con sillas cómodas secundarios. Nuevas mesas de centro y final y la iluminación completan el aspecto cálido salón. Todo lo que necesitas es un fuego en la chimenea; ¡La madera está convenientemente ubicada en la puerta trasera! Acceso a las pistas está justo a esta puerta también!

La entrada del edificio Jokerville se encuentra en el primer piso. Hay un tramo y medio de escaleras hasta el primer piso y un tramo más hasta el segundo piso, para acceder a la J-203.

San Moritz es ski-in / ski-out y el edificio Jokerville tiene un gran acceso de esquí - perfecto para los principiantes. Su apartamento está cerca de la elevación de la pared Oeste. A pocos pasos, los esquís en, y se encuentra en las pistas! Se puede esquiar adentro a la derecha hasta el final del edificio.

Instalaciones del complejo están seguros para completar su experiencia. Como oficina y personal en el sitio hace que sea fácil de check-in / out y responder a cualquier pregunta que surja durante su estancia. Just an okay place to stay.

Stayed at this condo for a weekend, immediately noticed that the pictures are somewhat misleading. There is no private balcony, which the picture implies. The condo is old, definitely for a ski get away, we visited in summer, no air. The property itself is nice with some trails to hike and a ski lift right down the hill. We had dogs, this property was very convenient for that.

Thanks for taking time to review. I appreciate your feedback and comments, although I do not agree that the pictures are misleading. The balcony is never stated to be private, and I'm not sure how else to capture that outside deck in a photograph, other than how it is already presented. If having a private balcony is a priority, you can easily submit an inquiry before booking. Our condo complex is, in fact, one of the original complexes built on the mountain--giving San Moritz a personality that patrons appreciate and enjoy. And this specific condo does not have the most modern style in our complex but has been updated with all new flooring and beds, and the listing pictures of the interior reflect this accordingly. Guests are able to request box fans from the office, which can help with air flow, as well as opening windows and the sliding doors. Almost all vacation rentals in Crested Butte do not come equipped with air conditioning, as our temperature highs are extremely moderate, barely getting over mid-70s most peak-summer days. I apologize that you felt the property was just OK. I hope you return to Crested Butte for a future visit and can find a place that better suits your needs. Thanks again, Christine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I really enjoyed staying here over Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, it has all the amenities we wanted. It was a little dated but everything worked and was clean. There wasn't much snow so at that time there was maybe a 100 yard walk to the lifts. We will definitely stay here again.

Pluses: location, easy check in, mostly good cookware, views, kind staff, water pressure, updated floors, comfortable beds Minuses: right next to the stairs so we could hear the loud groups come in and out late / everything in parking lot, mold in both bathrooms above showers, mildew on shower curtain, “deck” is more shared walkway space, interior lighting, rusted out strainers (for rinising produce pasta) and measuring utensils, internet didn’t work half the weekend

Close to the slopes, but could use some updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 fit comfortably in this unit. We did find that many lights weren't working, the bathrooms were both dirty and the unit could use some updates. Check in and the hose was great at communicating and friendly.

It would be nice if the lighting could be improved inside -- every room except the kitchen was fairly dark and difficult to see. We used the hot-tub and were unsure about using the towels from the condo -- but as there was no other choice, we did use them. The staff at the condo were excellent and very nice.

Great bedding options

This unit works well, not fancy but comfortable & fairly roomy for our 6 adults, toddler and dogs. Beds worked good for a group, including a back bedroom spacious enough for a baby portable bed away from the noise. Lighting could be improved. Back door exit at ground level great for dogs. Walk to ski village & lift. Quick trip to town. Stairs up to unit were fine for us! Managment very helpful when wallet was left behind!

Dog Friendly is the key

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is ground floor on the mountain side. The mountain side bedroom is next to a building ventilation system with a fan that runs 24/7. It is a significant detractor for the rest and recovery of whomever gets stuck in that room. We love the location and the dog friendly aspect of San Moritz but we would not stay in this unit again.

What you were probably hearing was the motor from the indoor hot tub located one floor below this condo. I've never gotten a complaint about this before, so it's a new one, but I do apologize that the noise impacted your stay. We can place you in another condo if you choose to stay with us again. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ski in ski out is great when you can see where you are going! However, the drapes are hanging from only a few of the hooks in each of the rooms, and the lighting is atrocious. There is not enough light to see in the family room or master bedroom.

Great location but needs updating

Disappointed in condo living room ceiling fan couldn’t be plugged in had a short. Our ceiling fan didn’t work and really needed updating. Mel in office was a little rude but Christy (I think) was very nice

Lots of space close to the slopes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking and all the appliances worked. The TV has all the premium movie channels with DirectTV and a Chromecast. We could have made a fire but did not. The hot tub is just downstairs. It was always available when we wanted it, but is rather cozy. The unit is level with the ground as you walk out on the snow. You can strap on your boards right there and ski down to the West Wall lift. You can either ride that up and ski down to the main base area or its short walk up a hill. My only complaint is the pillows weren't for me, maybe bring your own.

Lovely home on the mountain

The space was as described, and very clean. You can ski right down to the West Wall lift, and ski back as well, so the location was excellent. Having so much firewood available for the fireplace was a bonus. Thank you for an excellent stay!
