This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo faces West providing you with amazing sunsets from your private balcony! With direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the pass out to the Gulf you will enjoy a little bit of everything. Freshly painted, newly updated master bathroom, newly updated kitchen, washer and dryer in the condo and newer furnishings are just the beginning of what you will find in this 3rd floor unit. There is a 2 week minimum for this condo.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Direct beach access onsite for all offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for anyone.

Just 3.5 miles north is Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk; a lively waterfront destination offering retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. For a fun twist, don't miss the pirate ship rides! It's the perfect spot for a day of family fun, adventure and relaxation by the water.

Treasure Island is located just north of St. Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach and boasts miles of stunning white-sand beaches along the Gulf of Mexico, while the Boca Ciega Bay waterways border the east side of the island. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities, from swimming and biking to flying a kite or booking a charter fishing trip. Don’t miss the towering four-story inflatable water slide on the beach! We had not been there in two years and were pleasantly surprised by the updates made. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay and nothing is as relaxing as falling asleep listening to the waves lapping the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. The Resort Rentals staff is courteous and professional. We will be back again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed in a beachfront condo in Building #6 with our three small children. We had amazing views of the beach and the little bay next to it. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and being on the end of the island, it was not crowded at all. It was common to see manatee throughout the day and several mornings we saw dolphins swimming nearby. The pool is very nice and the kids loved swimming at night. We have been to several beaches along the gulf coast and this is by far our favorite. The condo was nice and clean, plenty of towels were provided, and it is a very safe, gated community. We cannot wait to go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we stayed at Land's End and the property is absolutely beautiful, but we were disappointed in the unit. The unit needs to have some basic updates. All of the sliding patio doors need to be replaced. We were constantly having to fight with opening and closing the doors and the screens had slices and holes in them. For the most part the unit was comfortable, but lacked the basic amenities you would think would be included for someone who is staying for at least a week or more. We had to purchase simple cleaning supplies/paper products and laundry detergent, which was frustrating when you go to clean something or wipe something up and you had no supplies.

Reviewer Comments: Nice upgraded property - excellent location and very clean. two areas of concern: Resort Rentals contacted us a few weeks before our visit to advise us that the original rental unit was not available, while they offered a full refund, we would still be stuck with flight costs, vacation time from work, etc. Second issue, cleaner arrived on the day of our departure hours before our scheduled departure time and opened the door - this should not have happened.

Beautiful Condo for 30th anniversary

The condo was extremely clean, the only 2 things I can think of is we hated the sheets, they wouldn't stay on the bed and terribly uncomfortable and the sofa was comfortable but not for laying around watching tv, needs an ottoman or something to put your feet up to relax. There was construction in the condo above us from 8-5 everyday which of course isn't the owners fault but not the peaceful vacation we dreamed of. I'd stay in this condo again for a special occasion.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Lands End for years. Hands down this was the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. You can tell the owners put a lot of love and pride in remodeling and putting their touches on it. It was well appointed with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The only criticism I could give is the sofa, while practical, isn’t very comfortable and the washing machine was musty. It’s a front loader and had been shut tight, thus making it smell like mildew. Unfortunately, every load of clothes or towels I washed so smelled that way. Other than that, it was the best week. We would love to rent this unit again!!!

The unit is beautifully updated. We enjoyed the water views, watching dolphins and spectacular sunsets from our balcony. The rental office was helpful and efficient. We will rent here again.

A dream come true

This place is very nice and clean. The big windows around the living room are the perfect view to the ocean. Sunset is a breath taking. Nice private beach, plenty of restaurants and water activities near by. We really enjoyed staying and definitely planning to return next vacation. Thank you R. B.

We really appreciated the beach cart with beach chair, umbrella and sand toys for the kids. My daughter also enjoyed playing the squirrel board game and exploring the game closet. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lands End is not child friendly. I have been vacationing at Lands End for 17 years and owned 3 units. The pool monitors are friendly and reasonable. The condo President however continuously harasses people at the pool, specifically families with children. It is not his role to create constant tension regarding pool rules. The pool monitors do a much better job. Lands End is a beautiful place with a great location.

Beach is busier on weekends but not crowded this time of year. Boardwalk is a nice feature. This location is a short walking or driving distance to many great restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a view off the balcony. This is the highlight of this unit. We enjoyed people watching from the beach and the balcony. Friendly people everywhere. Gated community so we all felt very safe. A few negatives at least for me. All the beds were uncomfortable and need to be replaced. The owners of this unit have to know these beds are uncomfortable. One decent pan and some dish soap would have made a huge difference too. Small tweaks would make this the best place I have ever stayed. We had a wonderful time even though we didn't sleep well and had to eat out every day.
