Thank you for your feedback from your recent stay. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the community as a whole but do apologize if this condo was not the right fit for you. We have 2 categories in our program; standard and premier. The premier category will carry recent updates throughout should you want to try anything that is fully updated for your next visit. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are having troubles with anything, we would be happy to have our maintenance come out and take a look at anything you may need. We are sorry for any troubles you had with that to begin with and did have our maintenance go and take a look at this. In regards to items in the condo, we only leave a starter supply in the unit that consists of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 hand soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 single load packet of dishwasher soap and trash bags in each waste basket. All other items are left if the owner has provided them otherwise we do not leave cleaning products in the units. We are sorry for any inconvenience this was to you. Please give us a call if there is anything we can help with for a future visit.
