Spring break

The property is in a great location with amazing views and beach access! The accommodations were comfortable. We could have used a few more towels and pillow cases, but having the washer and dryer in the unit helped with that. The grocery store being easily walkable, and a few local spots for food on drink on the beach made for an easy stay!

Great place

Beautiful place, just a few warts. Did not realize it was wheelchair oriented. That made for absolutely no storage in master bath. Also master bath fan did not work. But overall very satisfied.

The condo was nice. I like that there was a company to set up umbrellas and chairs on the beach.

The condo was clean and right on the beach. We liked there was so many good restaurants close by and Publix less than a block down the road. The beach was beautiful.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, we loved being on the beach. The rental property was a bit beat up and was not cleaned properly when we arrived.

Great place…beautiful view. Will stay again. Few repairs needed. Chairs screws a little loose, couch may need to be tightened up. Laundry door needs a little hinge tightening but very clean and comfy

Simple, relaxing, clean, convenient.

Simple elegant living space, very clean. Perfect for families with kids. Easy to eat out or eat in. Quick beach access with beautiful sand. Pool and hot tub were great to come back to after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Great stay in great location on Treasure Island

Great first time staying here. Extremely clean condo & loved having w/d inside. Loved being able to have our dog with us. Pool very clean. Quiet inside condo even with pool below. Employees nice & helpful & friendly. Made deposit for next year.

Wonderful, clean and quiet! Steps to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed with my daughter and friend for a few days the end of January and the place was exactly what we were looking for. Nicely located by many nice beach towns and quiet complex. Condo had everything we needed!

Nice but noisy

There are a few things about the property we liked but a few we didn’t. The parking lot is extremely tight if you have a full size vehicle, and our unit had a half sand/half paved parking space that seemed like an afterthought. People were constantly walking on the dunes and allowing their dogs to go to the bathroom on the seagrass which protects the dunes. Constant dog barking and yelling and loud voices from the pool and hot tub made it not very relaxing. Some maintenance needed done and the kitchen supplies left a lot to be desired. But the location was great and the view was breathtaking.
