“Just Beachy” was everything they said it was.

It is right smack dab on the beach! We could always see the Gulf! It was very clean, always quiet, and decorated beautifully. The owners were wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay! If we get the chance, we will definitely go back!

Wonderful Vacation Condo with Perfect Location

We had a fantastic time staying at Chafica's condo! We had a flexible check-in and check-out which was very helpful. The condo was perfect for us and had everything that we needed. The location can't be beat and the view was amazing! We are already planning our return trip next year!

Adult get away

Met our son who lives in Boston for a quick 4-5 day relaxing beach vacay. The place was perfect for us. Close to beach and food. Very well furnished with everything for our getaway.

Relaxing

This place was great, I wanted to find a spot where I could just veg, read a book, get some sun. This spot hit all the buttons I was looking for. The beach was right outside the building, two outside restaurants close by. Neighbors were cool, loved the pool. The bottle of champagne and beer was a great xtra as well. I would for sure come back.

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 children. We had a wonderful week! The owners were easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would particularly recommend this condo for families with kids; the location right on the beach is fabulous and the condo is fully stocked with eveytihg you'll need for a week at the beach!

Great getaway!

The condo was exactly as advertised and a perfect place for our family to stay. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. It was one of the best equipped rentals we’ve had and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Awesome trip!!

The property is great, fully stocked, right on the beach and pool. The hosts are awesome and very responsive! We loved our stay. The condo building itself is a little run down and the elevators are broken half the time but the property itself is awesome.

Perfect location. Beautiful view Lovely condo with great furniture. Comfortable beds. All the amenities . Beach chairs , porch furniture Kitchen supplies and welcome chips and drinks. Quiet area but surrounded by beach and restaurants .

Fall Break

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo was clean and so well stocked. Even beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. The beach was beautiful , we walked down the beach for drinks and great seafood. David was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating with our late flight in. The sunsets were breathtaking every single night: we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Condo was well stocked with everything you need. Beach chairs and umbrella. Condo was very clean and decor was beautiful. The best part is the view from the front door! Absolutely beautiful

Best Family Vacation 2022

It’s been two years since we have been on a vacation. This property was absolutely perfect. From easy contact with owners to the condo being stocked with Everything we needed to the extra touches like beer, water and champagne in fridge and snacks for kids! The white sand beach and pool were awsome for the kids and with all the beach items we need and cart to get it all to the beach was an added bonus. Great location too! Close enough to things to do but far enough away to relax and not have too many people around. Thank you for making this a very remember full family vacation. We will definitely be returning!

Beach vacay with a view!!!

We just returned home from 6 days at Treasure Island. My brother and his family stayed in this same condo a year ago and highly recommended it. It’s clean, cute and beach front. The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you’ll need to cook. There are also some spices in the cupboards as well as dish & dishwasher soap. The closet in the extra bedroom has umbrellas, tents, chairs, a cooler, floaties and lots of other beach accessories. There are also several beach towels to use. The neighbors in the other condos were super friendly. The noise level was pretty quiet for the most part. There were some younger crowds that were at the beach that weren’t super quiet but definitely didn’t get out of hand. Plenty of room on the beach to sit your camp up for the day. No one bothers your stuff. The sand is white, shells plentiful! The sunsets are just amazing. We ate at Caddy’s just down the street (walk, don’t try to drive, you won’t find parking ) which was the best food we had all week. We also did the Shell Key excursion. A boat took us to Shell Key to snorkel and look for shells for 2 hours. Shells were everywhere, even found a few sand dollars. There is a community washer and dryer next to the elevator. Bring your own quarters - $1.75 to wash/$1.50 to dry. Super convenient so we didn’t have to bring much dirty laundry home with us. Given the opportunity, we will be back! We loved our time there.

TI Vacation 2022

We have stayed on TI previously in other VRBO units. This unit was excellently maintained and very comfortable and surpassed the conditions of the other units in this building. It is 30 feet from the Gulf and on the higher floors had an excellent sunset view. The owner's guidance for the unit was very helpful, and he was available to assist us in setting up the TV/cable system which I had inadvertently erred in operating. The condo is located on a quiet street with little local noise or traffic yet was close to stores and other needs. The only suggestion I would make is to install safety grab bars inside the showers. We would return to this unit again.

Perfect!!

Property was decorated to make you feel you were on vacation. Walking distance to top restaurants and bars. Pool was well maintained and inviting. The owner provided great communication and the neighbors were very welcoming. We could not have asked for anything better!

First family spring break success!

We had a wonderful time staying at Kist Beachy. Everything we needed was there. Kids had a blast hanging on the beach with boogie boards, shell collecting and just soaking in the sun. We enjoyed the location - short drives all around us. Thank you!

Great property

We had a great spring break stay on Sunset Beach. The property was just as advertised and we were actually able to get into the unit a little early. We had excellent communication with the owners and lots of great beach days. We got lucky with the weather the entire week. We would stay there again.

Sunset Chateau vacation

Property needs some attention. Bed in master BR is old and creaky and sags. Both bathroom exhaust fans are not working. Storm door closer was broken and fell off.
