This top floor corner unit with its light and bright coastal décor offers you the chance to experience true Florida living at its best. The up-to-date kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and stainless-steel appliances. Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Fun Time

We enjoyed the condo, it was super clean and very comfortable for our family of four. The property was well kept; we enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts.

Great Location and Property

This was our fourth time at the Lands End property and first time renting with Resort Rentals. I will say that this was the nicest unit we’ve stayed in. Place was clean and view was great. On the negative side, there were black flies that were present when we first walked in. We contacted the rental management company and they responded, However, these were never able to be eradicated, even though there was some effort to do so. Resort Rentals/Lands End, should have taken care of this issue before we arrived. Secondly, the knife block was not full when we arrived, so we do not want to be charged for missing knives. Great Beach Stay

Property is fabulous. Location is very private and beautiful. We have stayed at this location before but in a different condo. This condo was great except for master bath...tub/shower hard to use. Everything else, including view, is fabulous!

Other amenities were also great. Our teens loved the volleyball and tennis courts, pool, and hot tub. The condo could use some updating. The carpet was very dirty. We were nit even comfortable walking around bare foot. The mattresses were not comfortable. The condo was steps from the beach and had gorgeous views. We had friends staying in other units that were updated and cleaner. We would return to Land's End in the future, but probably look for a different unit.

We enjoyed seeing the dolphins daily and would absolutely recommend to a friend or relative.

Reviewer Comments: We were staying together with a group of enthusiastic private pilots for a second time for a little bit longer than two weeks and enjoyed the apartment, the compound and the surrounding again.No one can be made responsible for the red tide and we were informed about the construction work in advance. The 4-star rating below concerning condition and cleanness refers to these circumstances; in general we know it ́s worth 5 stars.Thank you. We will show up again some day - for sure!

This unit however needs to have some upgrades. The carpet was stained in LR and ripped in the second bedroom. The Master bathroom needs to be completely updated. Mold in the shower, old tile etc...All the flooring throughout the unit should be upgraded. Time to bring the unit up to date.Kitchen disposal didn't work, dishwasher doesn't completely drain. The stairwell coming up to the 4th floor had both sets of lights out.We still highly recommend Land's End. But will choose a different unit next time.
