Wonderful week!

We spent Spring Break here and it was wonderful. You can't beat the view. We say dolphins daily. There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the ocean. While the place isn't the most up to date, it was just fine for our family. The washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient with small kids. We cooked most of our meals in, and the kitchen had the essentials. Land's End was beautiful to walk around and the kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Thanks for the great trip!

Great views!!

The condo had the best views in the Lands End complex. The community is beautiful and off the beaten path so very peaceful. The condo itself is not newly updated but well appointed (even beach chairs and umbrella) and comfortable. Publix and pizza delivery nearby. Convenient to all areas we wanted to visit. The beach is easily accessible and free of big crowds. Good shelling beach as we found many sand dollars. Sunsets are dreamy and why we wanted a beach front property. Access to the community and condo were uncomplicated. The instructions from the owners were clear and reasonable.

Reviewer Comments: Unit was as photos showed; large rooms, clean, great views, nice complex, good location, good parking....but there was a terrible musty/moldy smell in the condo!Also the washer was full of mold/mildew (had to clean before using) and the drier didn't work and needed maintenance.The patio doors and screens were hard to slide.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Lands End many times, and rented through Resort Realty with a great experience. Our unit this time was in need of some TLC. The location on the south end of the complex was very noisy with the wind and surf noise from the rocks. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the mattress in the master was horribly lumpy and in need of replacement. Our oven was also non-operational, which we had to work around for cooking during our stay. The condo complex is great and we love the location, but we would not stay in nor recommend this particular unit again.

(We missed 2017 when we took the grandkids west to CA and 2020 due to the pandemic). We go every year as soon as the kids are out of school. My grandkids ages 21,20,18,10,9, and 6, along with their parents wouldn't choose any other destination. LE is their favorite. This year between my family and my sisters we rented 5 condo Units. We had 3 and she had 2. Other years other brother and sister's families have made the trick and we've had as many as 8 units rented. We have found the location to be perfect. The grounds are immaculately kept. The beach is never crowded, the pool is magnificent, and the location allows for easy off-site adventures. We have also come to know many of the owners of the units we have rented. They are all so very gracious and accommodating. Trust me when I say LANDS END is the perfect destination for making and keeping family memories for years to come.

It is gulf front, and the side is on the inter coastal! Beautiful view of water, dolphins, even manatees swimming by. Interior is fine. Clean, pretty, just not updated.

From our check in with Gail to our request for pot holders, these folks are awesomeThe panoramic view from every window is the best you will find anywhere. The beds are comfy and there is plenty of room to read or nap. The boardwalk around the complex is great for walks. The condo could use some fresh paint and new carpet but was very clean. Highly recommend!
