Construction

Unfortunately after the passing of Helene major destruction was left behind. Lands End suffered a lot of destruction and daily noise from machines and drilling of foundation pillars is necessary but this should be reflected on the rates. Because it was impossible to rest.

We loved the condo. Beautiful, clean, spectacular view. I wish it had beach chairs and towels for the guests tho. Not many people come to the beach equipped with beach chairs. Especially when flying.

Beautiful vacation spot

Lands end is a great spot with beautiful views and beach. Not a very bike friendly area and would have loved more bars and restaurants on that end of the island

It is a hidden treasure that is located close to restaurants and entertainment. The view from 5-403 goes for miles to watch the sunrise or lightning from an approaching storm. Can’t wait to return!

Very nice stay

It is in a unique spot very close to the water so we saw many dolphins, a stingray and a manatee. The condo was updated, comfortable and clean.

Could be better considering the price increases

Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying with resort rentals going on 5-6 years and sometimes multiple times a year along with family staying in multiple units. The price increase over the last couple years does not make since because the conditions of these rental rooms are starting to look like a 3 star rental. We had family in 2 different units this stay and all units had an issue with blinds, ac unit and just poor quality cleanliness. One other family did air bnb saved $1000 and the room looked great with no issues, This might possibly be our last stay with resort rentals. Also the toilet paper is cheaper than the cheapest we can buy at the local market along with just 1 paper towel roll and 1 extra trash bag is bit ridiculous for the almost $1000 price increase since 2018/2019.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our first stay at Land's End 403 Building 5 in March, 2021, so much that we stayed there again in March, 2022. The condo is beautiful and just steps away from the beach. The views from the condo balcony are incredible. The condo and Land's End property have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. My husband and son particularly enjoyed fishing from the banks of the property. We will definitely be returning for a third stay.

One of a Kind Location

Nice view of the gulf with the sound of constant waves hitting the rocks from the inlet. It’s like being at the ocean without sand on your feet. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. I especially benefited from the great Internet service and little workstation in corner of kitchen. Was able to complete my remote work with ease. Pool was clean. Hot tubs well maintained. Lovely boardwalk for morning walks.

Our experience at lands' end was exceptional. Directly on the beach. Easy access to restaurants within the island of treasure Island. Pool, hot tubs and property are well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely vacation here and especially liked the attractive furniture, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful view. Right away we noticed something was amiss with the king-sized bed, which sagged visibly in the middle, and we called Resprt Rentals. They sent out a team who discovered a broken bed frame, and it was replaced the next day. They even brought two new pillows!

The room was great except for the cleanliness and the beds are horrible and need replaced!!! Otherwise we Love lands End and always stay just will not stay in this particular unit again.

Would not recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great, however we had many issues with the rental. #1- The bed in the main bedroom was horrible, it had a 3 -4 inch dip in the middle and the cheapest bed frame, so uncomfortable we could not even use it. #2 The dining room table was broken, #3, no hot water in main bedroom,#4, lightbulbs and smoke detectors need to be replaced throughout. Notified management about table and bed, and they came and tightened legs on table and ignored problem with bed. We would not rent or recommend this unit again. Very disappointing.

Stayed in several units and each provides a marvelous view of gulf or bay. This particular unit provides interesting views of boaters and fisherman. Each day we actually saw a manatee swimming by. Do not like new policy of charging $10 per day for a visitor no matter how brief the stay.

Best view at Lands End

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully updated unit with amazing views of the gulf and Blind Pass from the balcony in Building 5. The green captains chairs provided the best seat in the condo! Would have preferred the daybed (which had been removed, despite the RR office telling me it was still in place when we booked) rather than the air mattress. Loved the digital key to the unit. The grounds were amazing, as always, although the boardwalk in front of the unit was closed for repairs. The A/C was not working our first night, but RR had a repairman out quickly to resolve. This was our 9th or 10th trip to LE- we’ll definitely return!One suggestion, add a keurig coffee maker to the updated kitchen.

My only concern was that the board walk was not repaired in front of our condo and the hot tub by Building 5 was closed the whole time I rented..

PIECE OF PARADISE FOUND!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: EXCELLENT Stay!! Every aspect ran smoothly from picking up the rental unit info. packet to the day we left. Loved the fact the unit had a key code to enter so not to worry about lost keys. The place was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the view was spectacular. The ocean was literally 10 feet away and I loved hearing the waves and watching all the dolphins daily. Beach is a short walk and feels like a private beach since its at the end of the peninsula. The deck furniture was so comfortable we spent every morning enjoying our coffee while listening to the sweet sound of the ocean below. SO RELAXING - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!!! NOTE: Bring your own laundry detergent, dish washing soap, beach towels. The only thing that would make this rental better would be better beach furniture/chairs and a larger, sturdy umbrella.

Great family spot

Condo was nicer than expected. Great view of dolphins in the bay every morning and evening. Beach is great, not too crowded. Had everything we needed.
