Envíe todas las consultas a través de "Preguntar al propietario una pregunta" en lugar de "Solicitar reservar", ya que descubrimos que 24 horas nunca es suficiente para responder a todas sus preguntas. A 20 minutos del centro de Puerto Vallarta, nuestro CONDOMINIO DE MAGNA VILLA DE 8º PISO domina uno de los tramos más grandes de playa en Nuevo Vallarta.

Nuestro condominio de 4 habitaciones y 4 baños se encuentra a solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto ya 25 minutos del centro de Puerto Vallarta.

Situado en donde la jungla se encuentra con el mar a lo largo de la Bahía de Banderas, nuestro condominio ofrece impresionantes vistas a Punta de Mita hacia el norte y Mismaloya hacia el sur. Es uno de los condominios más grandes en el desarrollo de Villa Magna, con más de 2,300 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, incluido un gran patio, donde puede ver pasar el mundo.

El desarrollo de Villa Magna tiene tres torres de condominios y está anclado por el HOTEL VILLA MAGNA DREAMS. Como invitado del propietario de un condominio, puede utilizar todas las instalaciones comunes de la propiedad y el hotel de forma gratuita. Si lo desea, puede utilizar los restaurantes del hotel a la carta o comprar un pase de 24 horas con todo incluido. El hotel tiene cinco restaurantes, spa, bares y numerosas actividades disponibles para usted.

Las cuatro habitaciones tienen vistas espectaculares. Hay dos dormitorios principales, ambos con camas king size, un tercero con dos camas y el cuarto tiene una cama doble con un nido. Todas las camas son almohadas con colchones de muelles. Cada habitación tiene un baño en suite y aire acondicionado separado. (Todas las unidades de aire acondicionado y compresores reemplazados en agosto de 2018). Hay una cocina de diseño de tamaño completo con encimeras de granito y un gran comedor / sala de estar, todas con vistas panorámicas de la bahía. El condominio está totalmente equipado con ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios, electrodomésticos y una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. En la sala de estar hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 'donde puede disfrutar del televisor digital SKY. Hay un segundo televisor donde se pueden ver DVD en el dormitorio principal n. ° 2: tenemos una gran selección de DVD. El condominio también tiene su propia conexión a Internet de alta velocidad.

Lovely Stay in Nuevo

We had a wonderful time in our Villa Magna home away from home. The floorplan was fantastic for our group of 5. We so appreciated all the bathrooms! We spent our days watching whales in the bay (with the provided binoculars!), boogie boarding in the ocean (boogie boards also provided!), and lounging by the pool. We’ve travelled to the area many times and love to explore downtown Puerto Vallarta (Rent a car or take a cab stationed right on the corner by Villa Magna) or into nearby Bucerías. The food is fantastic, the people of PV are so kind and generous, and the art and culture of this area are such a joy to experience.

Paradise Found, Beachfront Condo!

This beachfront condo is amazing. The view from the living room and master bedroom are stunning. An extra large window in the dining living area lets you have a nonstop ocean view. The location is great! Once off the elevator, you are a few steps from the beach and pool. The pool is huge and there is always a place to sit. The first snack bar by the pool has phenomenal food. They have great tacos, grilled steak burritos, chips & guacamole and more. The prices for food range from 100 to about 170 pesos. The quality of the food is so fresh! The alcoholic drinks are great and cost 100 pesos. Tacos Sonorita is a great restaurant that is a 2.00 uber ride away. The Uber rides are easy and inexpensive. Another restaurant I highly recommend is YEO, a $2.00 Uber ride away, you will not regret eating here, best sushi place ever! The prices are reasonable as it is a higher-end restaurant. Back to the condo... it has 4 bedrooms and 2 masters that are very large with a bathroom and shower. There is a small bedroom off the kitchen with a single bed that pulls out, more ideal for teens or children, and also with a bathroom. There is a 4th bedroom that is spacious with two single beds large closet and bathroom with shower. There is also a single bathroom off the hallway. This condo is so roomy and great for travel with friends and/or family. I fell in love with this condo and Puerto Vallarta. I recommend venturing out to the boardwalk. The owner is great and has wonderful communication.

A clean and spacious condo with a view of the Pacific

Moira's place is outstanding. I had a long stay here with my wife and three kids (22, 19 and 16), and my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us and five bathrooms really make things easy. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the well-stocked kitchen and mostly went to restaurants for dinner (a walk or cheap cab ride away). The resort area at Villa Magna is great - three huge pools and a beautiful strip of beach. The scene at the attached hotel (Wyndham) is relaxed although there are some activities if people are interested (my kids played a lot of tennis and volleyball). The balcony is lovely and looks over the beach. Pilar (the property manager) attended to all our needs, and Moira (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with, checking in with us several times over the course of our stay. We are hoping to go back soon!

Wonderful Stay

This is a special condo in a great location. It has a spectacular panoramic northerly view of Banderas Bay and the coastline of the Nuevo Vallarta area. The soothing sound of the waves rocks you to sleep at night. The balcony is very spacious and begs you to sit and stare at the scene or just read and relax while listening to the ocean. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds are quite comfortable, and the kitchen and laundry areas are spacious. The pool areas are wonderfully appointed and very large and the sand is beautiful with nice nearby resorts to see on a beach combing walk. We had a spectacular sunset one night of our trip. Unexpectedly, we discovered a very popular walking/jogging path right out front that extends for miles in both directions, better and longer than most any we have seen before in resort areas, even in the US. There are great restaurants nearby. The whole area feels safe and well cared for. The owner Moira and hostess Pilar were good to work with. We loved our stay.

Lovely Stay

The condo is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had such a beautiful time sitting on the patio and more than enough room for our family. We had one small issue with the shower draining but it was responded to very quickly and efficiently. I only mention it because the communication back and forth and the efficiency in how it was resolved was outstanding!!! The book of tips and tricks and condo information was a great resource and we tried many of the restaurant suggestions. Thank you for a wonderful time.

A wonderful vacation!

This was an amazing condo! When you walk through the front door, the view takes your breath away! The condo itself was roomy, very well stocked and had comfy beds! The area around the condo is also just lovely! Our family enjoyed it so much and loved eating out on the patio each day and enjoying the amazing view and listening to the waves crash on shore. Moira was simply the best host we have ever dealt with! She was so supportive when our flights were cancelled due to weather and helped us replan a few extra days. We can’t say enough good things about the condo, Moira and our whole experience here! We would love to come back and stay here again and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend staying here! Thank you again Moira for sharing your home with us!

Great for families that want flexibility

We have been to the area many times and like to get the best of both worlds (some days in a resort/some days doing our own thing) without having to change accommodations. This unit was perfect for that. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, and would have been fine if we had more with us as well. Unit was fully stocked, amazing location and views, comfortable beds, and the owner leaves tons of information for all kinds of things to do - both logistically and as a tourist. The staff at the resident snack bar are delightful and their food/drinks are super inexpensive - and better than the resort. Convenient location to surrounding fun too. Everything was easy and the owner is super responsive!

Beautiful home, great view!

We had our family of 8 stay and was shocked with how much room the condo had. The kitchen was huge and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable and the views were AMAZING! The pools were nice and the beach was the nicest we’ve been to. No rocks or shells to steps on…. It was so great! The host was nice, we didn’t need to really reach out as she prepared us for what we needed to do before we arrived. We will definitely be back.

Best Rental Experience

I read a lot of reviews before booking my vacation rentals and usually they don’t disappoint. This time the reviews didn’t even do it justice. We had the BEST stay and working with Moira, the owner was incredibly easy. I wish she lived there so I had the opportunity to thank her in person. She has referrals for transportation and private dining experiences for large groups. We feel incredibly lucky to have been able to stay in such a beautiful, clean, and well stocked condo. Meeting such kind people along the way was just the icing on top. Thank you, Moira!

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay in this amazing condo. The view from the patio was beautiful! Everything was very comfortable. The property was nice and location great. Loved the snack shack downstairs with yummy drinks for only 80 pesos. Moira is a pleasure to work with and extremely thorough. Would definitely stay in her place again.

Wonderful condo in beautiful community

We had an amazing vacation in PV and this condo provided us with a spacious and beautiful place to call home. Moira was so responsive, helpful and kind. A pleasure to work with from day one. The condo was large enough for 8 adults to be comfortable. Being part of the resort was a plus--very nice pools, lounge chairs, volleyball and a well-maintained beach. We purchased all-inclusive passes for 24 hours and enjoyed meals and drinks. We also checked out Fajita Republic and Ciaos--both within an easy walk. Very good! Paradise Village shopping is a 1.2 mile walk away--nice grocery store, Starbucks, ATMs and other shops. We walked there and took a cheap taxi back when our arms were loaded with supplies. We felt safe throughout this community. Security was always visible at the resort and we were treated so well. The condo was well equipped and maintained. Had a lot of extras like binoculars to watch the whales from our balcony and a beach-size cooler and ice packs to keep our cervesa cold. Nice! Plenty of dishes, towels, hair dryers, books, lovely decor and loads of closet and dresser space. AC in each bedroom kept things cool while we slept. But it was most fun to have the doors open with a perfect cross wind. Such a respite from our cold winter back home. We felt so lucky to have found this slice of heaven to unwind and block out all the worries of the world. I wish I was back there now! I highly recommend this condo and hope to return someday. Great family vacation

Big thanks to Moira who work so hard to make our trip as great as it was. Moira’s place was clean, spacious and filled with everything you’d need for a great stay. The water had a great flow and the plumbing was on point. I know for many that won’t matter but to us it did cause 8 people uses the place and everything was running smooth without a single issue. The condo is located at the Dreams hotel but it’s not part of it. We were 8 people and we were very comfortable. At arrival we were checked in. We made a trip to Walmart and got food for the week and enjoyed the place to the fullest. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The pools are large and there were lots of sun beds. We never felt that the place was crowded. Alex is the owner of the little food stand by the pool who made delicious meals for our lunches. The hotel was a bit hard to deal with so we did not really order food or drinks from them. Overall we had a fantastic time. We hope to be back again. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful Place To Stay

This was our first trip to Mexico and we were not disappointed. We went with relatives who were familiar with the area but had not stayed at this location before. The condo was exactly as listed, clean with a spacious wide open floor plan, well maintained facility and wonderful views of the ocean and pool area. When we arrived we were met by the property manager who showed us to our unit and walked us through everything. Prior to arrival the owner had emailed us all the pertinent information regarding the area and Dreams Resort. We only utilized Dreams restaurants for breakfast one morning we mostly used the poolside bar for drinks and afternoon eats. The breakfast was good with all you could drink Mimosas and Bloody Marys for $23 US but we enjoyed the poolside bar most...wonderful fish and shrimp tacos. Not far from the condo there are many free standing restaurants that we also enjoyed within a 5-10 minute walk from the condo. Fajita Republic (recommend reservations for large groups) was a really nice place for dinner. 3 x 3 which was right next door to Fajita Republic was great for breakfast and the food was outstanding, I recommend the shrimp omelet and get the premium combo which included pastries, coffee, fruit cocktail and fruit smoothie. Lastly La Isla was a cute quaint little restaurant we visited for lunch and their chicken fajitas were amazing. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to visit the area, we truly enjoyed our stay.

2019 Chica Vacation

What is there not to say about this place......it's 100% perfect! I have stayed here before & we loved it & 6 Ladies loved it this time. We ate in condo for breakfast & lunch then walked to all the local restaurants - awesome food. Mexican = margaritas Italian = pizza All so good. In regards to the condo, it was clean & we had everything that we needed, room & full kitchen (which we really didn't use) With 6 ladies it was great that every bathroom had it's own bathroom. Just looking at rebooking again for 2020! We ate a couple times at the Snack Shack, prices very reasonable & the Happy Hour drinks & prices were great. I highly recommend this condo & working with Moira was so easy!

Excellent! Exceeded our expectations!

The view from this condo is breathtaking. There is a wall of glass in the living room/dining area, and master bedroom, that provides you with an amazing view of both the ocean and the resort's pools and grounds. The sunsets are stunning. The building this condo is situated in is near a beautiful, expansive stretch of beach that is firm enough to enjoyably walk and run on. Sharing the Dreams All Inclusive Resort property has many advantages and you can purchase day passes from the Resort as desired. Visiting the Resort's rooftop lounge is a must. The food at the many restaurants is top quality and presentation is superb. Staff are friendly and helpful. The condo is elegantly furnished and spacious. Moira, the owner, and her Assistant in Mexico, are delightful to work with. Very professional and will promptly address any concerns you may have. Nuevo Vallarta area has many restaurants and shops to meet your daily needs. We found most places were within walking distance from the condo or a short cab ride if desired. We definitely give this condo, the individuals we interacted with, and the location a 5 Star rating. Was a phenomenal vacation and we would most definitely book again.

Wonderful Vacation Condo

Condo was immaculate and furnished beautifully. Moira was an absolute pleasure to work with, and when we has some unexpected changes to our plans, she more than accommodated us to ensure our stay was amazing. Amenities are plentiful and you cannot ask for a better place to stay on a vacation.

Mexican Nirvana

This beautiful and spacious four bedroom condo will truly give you freedom from the endless mundane routines most of us live. The large balcony equipped with furniture and a propane barbecue over looks dazzling pools, beautiful grounds and a tranquil sea. Throughout the condo are tasteful mesmerizing pieces of Mexican art that create an authentic ambience of this amazing country. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dinnerware and cookware that are in brand new condition. There are plenty of spices and condiments as well as other treats that have been left by former guests that are available so you can create that perfect meal. Transportation is readily at hand whether you are going into town for a stroll along the Malecon (a scenic shopping /dinning strip by the sea, an excursion into the spectacular mountains for some tequilla tasting or an exploration to Los Arcos (a marine national park0, for some snorkeling or diving. This condo has everything for a most memorable vacation. Locale, hospitality and climate are all for free at this enchanting emaculate condo. The beaches are sandy, the area is safe and the staff are amiable. My wife and I have traveled all over the Americas and Europe and this is by far the nicest rental we've experienced.

Villa Magna Condo

My 8 member family stayed here for two weeks. The ages varied from 6 years to 85 years. The view was spectacular and I mean spectacular! The layout of the condo, 4 bedrooms, where everyone had their own bath and a large kitchen, where we could all cook together was excellent. We used the dining room table as an office and ate on the lovely patio every meal. What I really appreciated about this experience was the location to the pool and the beach. It was easy to get on and off of the elevator for my mom, who was in a wheelchair, and we were close to everything she needed. The owner of this condo had a lot of pride in her place and took good care of us, before, during and after the stay. Someone greeted us upon arrival and where there when we left. If something wasn't working, we called and someone came the next day to fix it. You can tell it is loved and cared for. We will definitely be returning here.
