This oversized beach home is ready to host your group of 20! Boasting a private swimming pool, 4 balconies, 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, this is the perfect checkpoint for your North Myrtle Beach vacation! This property has a total of 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, and 2 double beds, making it just right for a large group of friends or family looking to stay in one place.

Ocean Breeze Cottage 705, Unit 1 has an abundance of space for your group! This home features two living areas. The main living room showcases two sofas, two accent chairs, two end tables, a coffee table, and a large flat screen tv! Guests are able to access one of the many balconies, which is conveniently located right off of the living area. The French doors and large amount of windows make this room feel bright and airy.

Just behind this first living area is the dining area and kitchen. The dining table features enough room and seating for 8 guests, while the breakfast bar has enough seating for 5. The amount of cooking space offered by the kitchen makes it easy to prep and cook meals for such a large group. With all granite countertops, plenty of cabinet and counter space, you're sure to have the perfect amount of cooking room! All appliances in this kitchen are full sized and stainless steel, including a double oven with a stove top, refrigerator, mounted microwave, dishwasher, and sink!

We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are hundreds of award-winning restaurants within a 5–10-minute drive of A Place at the Beach V. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, and for those who prefer to stay in, food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash are very popular options!

The second living area is considered the game room! This space features two love seats and an accent chair, dining table, a flat screen tv, foosball table, and wet bar that houses a mini-fridge! This space also has a small dining table that can accommodate up to 3 guests. The patio area that can be accessed from this room leads out to the private pool, making it perfect for coming in from a swim to have a fun game of Foosball!

On to the bedrooms, our guests will have plenty of room to settle in for their stay and rest up for the next day at the beach!

Bedroom 1: Features a king sized bed, two end tables, a dresser, flat screen tv, access to the private balcony, and it's own private bathroom. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate two guests. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has a jacuzzi tub, standing shower, toilet, and plenty of counter space to get ready for the day!

Bedroom 2: Features a king sized bed, two end tables, a dresser, flat screen tv, access to the private balcony, and it's own private bathroom. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate two guests.

Bedroom 3: Features two double beds, an end table in between, a dresser, and flat screen tv. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate four guests. This bedroom has an attached bathroom that features a shower and tub combination, sink, and toilet!

Bedroom 4. Features two queen beds, an end table in between, two dressers, and a flat screen tv. This bedroom can comfortably accommodate four guests.

Bedroom 5: Features four queen sized beds, two dressers, two end tables, a wet bar with a mini fridge, as well as access to the private balcony! The bedroom can comfortably accommodate eight guests.

The other two bathrooms not attached to the bedrooms all have similar features! The two full baths all have shower tub combos, sinks with plenty of cabinet storage below, mirrors, and toilets. The half bath features a toilet and free standing sink with a mirror.

Many of our guests have complimented the convenience of a private washer and dryer located inside the home.

At the back of the home, guests will have access to fully fenced backyard space and a private pool! There is also a charcoal grill provided for guest use. Please note that charcoal is not provided, and guests must purchase this own their own if they intend to use the grill during their stay!

Guests will have access to cable and wi-fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Pack light! This rental is fully stocked and ready for your arrival. All towels, linens, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and glassware are all provided. We also provide a few toiletry items to get you started such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. The convenience of an electronic, keyless entry makes check-in hassle free!
