Very pet friendly, all instructions easy and accurate. We loved the area. House was beautiful.It does only have 4 full bedrooms, although all the sleeping areas were comfortable and well appointed. I would definately recommend to any Seattle traveler.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at Queen Anne Oasis. Jeffrey was proactive in the communication and gave great pointers. The house is beautiful and spacious, we had a lot of fun and kids loved it too. Loved the way everything was documented. Good variety of games to keep the kids busy. Location was easily accessible, and close to many happening places. Would definitely recommend.

Spot On Choice

We absolutely made the right call by selecting Queen Anne's Oasis. The home was as described, fit all 8 of us comfortably and was perfectly located. The home's owner was also easy to communicate with. Reserve this property with confidence...it's a great choice.

Team accommodations

Our team of 10 stayed at this lovely house while we were at a competition on Lake Washington. The house provided everything we needed...plus more! Fabulous kitchen and appliances, amazing hot tub that was perfect for a long soak after a hard race, and private and lush garden space. Towels, extra bedding, bathrobes, soaps, shampoos, and even cologne was available! We don't want to go on and on about how wonderful this place was because we're afraid that it will be solidly booked and not available for us when we return... Thanks so much, Jeffrey and Madeline!

Wonderful Oasis

Wow! From the moment we walked through the courtyard gate we knew we were somewhere special! Our family of eight were in Seattle for our son’s wedding and we could not have found a more desirable place to stay. The house is immaculate and every attention to detail is taken. Especially loved all the personal touches throughout. The courtyard garden with swim spa, water feature, and seating was beyond perfect! So many wonderful spaces both inside and out to gather, relax and recharge! The host is thoughtful and very communicative. Thank you Jeffrey and Madeline for sharing your beautiful home! A definite 5+ star accommodation!

Beautiful Property with wonderful amenities

This property comfortably fitted 7 adults to sleep. It is a gorgeous house in an amazing location. Overall very quiet thought the lawn service was schedule for property maintenance at 8 am which was mildly disturbing. There is a wonderful swim spa that is remote controlled through the owner. If you want temperature higher I would recommend contacting the owner a couple hours before you plan to use it to allow for time for the owner to be notified and adjust it.

Family Wedding

This was a perfect home for a family wedding weekend. Our adult children, grandchildren and my husband and I had more than enough room to enjoy this warm and inviting home with so many special touches. Our host had safety gates all set up so it was easy to relax with the entire family on the main floor. The little signs to enjoy the home, exercise spa, patio, games, a pantry with helpful items, made it easy and effortless to enjoy this lovely home.

Family reunion in Seattle

Everything about the property was awesome. He accommodations were fabulous. And our host was so sweet. I had a little trouble communicating with the owner to verify details, but eventually connected with him a day before check in. I didn’t realize he had a 10:00 am check out until late the night before we left. That annoyed me a bit, but it worked out for our group. We just left for the airport a couple hours sooner than we would have otherwise.

Amazing Property and Location!

I stayed in this property with a group of 7 other guys and the house handled that size of group easily. The house has been renovated top to bottom and every detail has been thought of - high end appliances, brand new bathrooms, amazing furniture, a second kitchen in the basement, and even Amazon Alexa's in every room for music! On top of the amazing interior, the backyard has an amazing / very private patio with a hot tub and grill. The location is also very convenient, with short Uber rides to other neighborhoods and downtown. Coffee, gas stations, and grocery stores are all very short drives (long walks). Finally, Jeffrey the host is fantastic to work with from start to finish. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Seattle!

Amazing Care and Stay

Our stay at Queen Anne Urban Oasis was amazing. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The owner has impeccable taste, and thinks of everything you might need for your stay. Imagine staying at a luxurious hotel, but in warmth and comfort of your home. You will love it, I know we did!

In 1989, I arrived in Seattle, sight unseen, from Ft. Lauderdale. Looking for something different, a place where the sun doesn't always shine, where arts and diversity is alive. When i arrived I knew I was home, and that was 27 year ago. I am a teacher of 27 years, with my last five years as librarian at Queen Anne Elementary, where my daughter is in fourth grade.

Last year my husband of 22 years died, leaving our seven yr old daughter and a great life filled with world travel and adventure. When Andrew passed, my daughter and I lost huge income. We decided to renovate our home and create a vacation rental - we added another floor and a private guest suite below. The house we built was inspired by all our travels on land and on ships. We hope we thought of everything so that your Queen Anne stay is five stars.

The house is located on a quiet street, minutes Queen Anne Ave, downtown, Ballard. City transportation outside the front door, Uber usually within 3-5 minutes. The house was built for large gatherings to cook, eat and enjoy time together. The private Guest Suite below provides a space for privacy away from the main house.

Every detail has been thought of for our guests to enjoy and feel pampered. After each guest stay, my team of cleaners makes sure the all beds, towels, and robes have been cleaned. My house manager does a final walk-through prior to guests arriving to make sure everything is perfectly in its place as I have instructed.
