ABOUT VALE CABIN:
Located in Bethel and only 10 minutes to Sunday River Resort, this home was built for unparalleled comfort. From ultra-comfortable hotel-quality beds to floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of Mount Washington to the cozy electric fireplace, no detail was overlooked.

The home is set high off picturesque Intervale Road on 30 quiet acres of land and boasts 1900 square feet across 3 floors. This three bedroom plus bunk nook vacation rental enjoys a mix of modern facilities, high-end leather and wood furniture, and rustic hand-made décor. The home is perfect for a family getaway or a weekend with friends.

MAIN LEVEL:
The main level is an open-concept space with soaring ceilings and giant windows offering stunning views of the Presidential Mountain Range and the back side of Sunday River Ski Resort. On this level, you will find a mudroom, deck with gas grill, full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen with island accompanied by 2 comfy seats, dining table with seating for 10, high-end leather couch, electric fireplace, and whole-house audio.

LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level is equipped with a high-end home theater featuring a 100 inch screen, surround speakers, Netflix, Cable, Pottery Barn couch, and access to the patio and hot tub. Built-in full-size mattress bunk beds offer a cozy sleeping nook. The master bedroom boasts a king bed with smart TV and access to the patio and hot tub. An additional bathroom is located on this level and laundry room with new high-end washer and dryer are available for your use.

LOFT:
The open-concept loft is a cozy space with two queen beds and a smart TV with DVD player.

OUTDOORS:
With 30 acres of privacy, the house offers plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The lower level has two doors that access a large patio and lawn space. The patio features a picnic table, outdoor speakers, hot tub, and Solo Stove fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs overlooking a lawn with plenty of space for yard games. No matter where you enjoy the day, you'll look out at magnificent presidential mountain range views.

SUNDAY RIVER and BETHEL AREA:
Vale Cabin is close to it all! You will find many restaurants, pubs, shops, a museum, grocery store, and pharmacy all within a 2 minute drive in downtown Bethel. Downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ice skating and tubing in the winter, all within a 10 minute drive. Two prestigious golf-clubs in the area. Hiking for all abilities from a flat walk to rigorous 22 mile trails are located within Grafton Notch and Evans Notch State Parks.

Swimming at Frenchman’s Hole on the very rural end of Sunday River Road offers a special experience. A chairlift ride to the top of Sunday River Mountain offers stunning views of the fall colors. Or, step outside and walk, run or bike ride down picturesque Intervale road.

Please note the property does have two outdoor security cameras located about halfway down the driveway that record video only. No cameras are located inside or with any view of the interior of the property.
