Welcome to this beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch home with a dedicated workspace in the heart of Holly Springs. Dogs are welcome to join you on your adventure, we kindly ask you to clean up their waste.

Located just a short walk or bike ride from Womble Park, downtown Holly Springs, and Bass Lake Park, this home places you in the heart of a vibrant community. Whether you're looking to enjoy nature, recreational activities, or the charm of local shops and restaurants, you'll have it all within reach. The home's proximity to these key areas, combined with its updated interiors, makes it a perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Note, there is an upstairs owner apartment in the home with dedicated exterior access. I visit about once per month, and you may see me outside coming or going to my car, but the interior spaces are fully separated and private.

We were more than impressed with this property. The home is nestled in a wooded setting within a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately stocked to prepare a beautiful meal for our family. We especially appreciated the convenience of the restaurants and shopping locations. We also enjoyed the deer that moved through the property on several afternoons. I highly recommend a stay at this lovely home.

This place is really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Location was convenient for our event and also within walking distance to MANY restaurant choices. Communication with the host was simple and replies were almost immediate. Highly recommend!

From booking the stay to leaving this wonderful home everything was a breeze! The neighborhood is very quiet; there are lots of deer and squirrels! When we were there, it was quite cold by Florida standards, but the home is only about a half mile walk to many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great restaurants to choose from we went out every night for dinner. The bed was super comfortable and while it was just the two of us a family or two other couples could also stay without being in each other's way. The host checked in to make sure everything was ok which it was above ok! I had to work from the home and the wifi worked great, no buffering or dropping zoom calls. It was great having the laundry there also as we left North Carolina to go to Ohio then Indiana to continue our visits with family for the holidays. If you are looking for peace and quiet within a short distance to wonderful local restaurants in a super clean home this is the home for you!

Location, Location, Location

This beautiful home sits a short distance from the restaurants and shops located on Main St., Holly Springs, NC. We are foodies so we delighted in the near bye My Way Tavern, The Blind Pelican, & Nightingales Restaurant. We saw a mama deer & her doe outside our bedroom window on one early morning. The house must have been recently remodeled, as the kitchen, two bathrooms and all three bedrooms were nicely appointed and clean. I brought my wife and mother in law and we were able to entertain our daughter and her fiancée with room to spare. We would love to come and stay again, soon.

Ok but not 100% ready.

It is a nice place to stay with plenty of room and a nice big deck. No TV in living room so had to move one to use there. No curtains on any of the living area windows and kitchen? Weird.We had 2 pups with us and the yard was completely covered in a dense layer of leaves that was rediculas to find their droppings to pick up. The deck was covered and I had to clean it off so every time we came in we weren't dragging leaves in. The outside recycle and trash cans were FULL. We had nowhere to put trash. Dog across the street nonstopped barked but on second day the owner finally shut it up.Overall Id stay there again if these few issues were addressed.

Thanks for your feedback Don so we can remedy them for future guests. We have added a TV and curtains to the living room. The lawn has been tidied up after the fall leaves. And the trash cans that were full from prior guests have been emptied.
