Spring break in Vail

The condo is perfect, in an incredible location and the new spa in the complex is a great amenity. Check in was easy and everything worked and was described accurately. We really appreciated the spring break.

Excellent location

Lovely spacious condo right in Vail Village. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Comfortable space with room for the whole family and well stocked with amenities. Was a little difficult to find using the address and google maps, make sure to follow directions on check-in and not use the GSP. Also the spa was closed for the off season, which we were not aware of. The parking garage was also under construction, but luckily we could park for free at the garage just down the street. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect location in Vail Village

This place was perfect for my family. We have 3 young kids (2, 7, & 9) and my MIL stayed with us too. The house was a great location right in the heart of the village and on the in town bus route, and well stocked with everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures and beds were really comfortable too. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Thanksgiving vacation

Our adult party of six had plenty of room, close to lifts and shops and an outstanding host who was incredibly responsive. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms a little small but posed no issue for us. Great covered parking. We would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location couldn't have been more perfect and we didn't sacrifice the quality of comfort at all - this place is very comfortable with great amenities! We had a combination of two families staying here and we were very pleased! This would be a great spot for families or even couples - all around a wonderful experience!

Great property and location

Property was perfect for 3 of us on a long wknd ski get away, with plenty of room for a couple more. Location was exactly what you want. Close to gondola one, storage locker by gondola for gear, and walking distance to plenty of great food/drink spots, shopping, and entertainment. We’ll be coming back.

Would stay again!

Loved the location and the use of a ski locker 30 yards from Gondola One. There's nothing like taking your ski boots off after skiing, leaving them in a locker to dry overnight along with skis and poles and walking home in street shoes.

Great Experience

We stayed a week at this condo mid June and it was absolutely a wonderful property. Perfect location and size to accommodate 7 people. I was pleasantly surprised that we were provided plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, spices etc. many times we are having to purchase these items. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We will be staying here again!

FANTASTIC!

We really enjoyed Oliver’s condo! We enjoyed the indoor spa, including steam, shower, and Sauna. The location was great for our family about a four black walk to the gondola and a tunnel away from the skating rink, there’s a liquor store on the backside of the property. Perfect! 10/10. Best location in Vail.

Amazing condo, gorgeous! All the amenities. We LOVED the location, as we go to Vail to hit Blue Sky Basin. It's a stone's throw from the bus stop on Meadow Drive - you can get to lift 6 SO easily and skip the gondola lines. You'll be the first ones there! The owner was utterly magnificent, I simply can't say enough about him. We dealt with some serious weather on the journey in, and he was just so attentive. Truly appreciated. Best stay in Vail I've ever had (and I think this is my 12th). Will DEFINITELY come back!

Excellent Property

Stayed for 10 days right after New Years. Seven people between adults and teenagers comfortably fit in the apartment. The apartment was as described, perfectly cleaned and organized. In a perfect location of Vail Village within walking distance of all restaurants and skiing. For those who ski the location of the ski locker is right by Gondola one. The kitchen is well equipped for those that plan to cook. Everything from pots and pans to spices. Comfortable sit down table for all of us. Overall we all gave it a 10! Thank you Oliver for being a great host!

We are a ski family from Dedham, Massachusetts. Our home mountain is Smugglers Notch in Vermont. We love visiting Colorado in all 4 seasons. We have lifelong connections to Vail and love being owners of our VIP 107. We did a major renovation of the property shortly after purchasing it and love being located in Village Inn Plaza, one of the best places to live in all of Vail.

Typical snowfall 184 inches and on average, there are 247 sunny days per year in Vail, Colorado. The location of this property is ideal for young and old. Village Inn Plaza has (8) different restaurants before you even get off the property. Being next door to the Sebastian Hotel, Four Seasons and Sonnenalp Hotel means spa and pool days can have some variety. Their restaurants are all great as well so if do not feel like cooking, it is not a problem, you have a huge variety right out your door.

With the use of the Sebastian pool/ spa and out door hot tub this is truly a 4 season destination, In the winter Gondola #1 is a short walk in your street shoes when you use one of the ski concierge/rental operations that store skis and boots at the lift. Underground parking with elevator access make restocking and grocery store runs as smooth as can be.
