Dining: Dining table seating six. Full Kitchen: Equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all essential cookware. Primary Suite: King-sized bed, 4K smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additional Sleeping: Queen-sized sleeper sofa, two convenient rollaway beds. Second Bathroom: Walk-in shower. Laundry Room: Dedicated washer and dryer for your convenience. Private Front Patio: Outdoor fireplace, grill, comfortable seating, expansive desert views right from the edge of the pavement.

Enter from Parking Garage. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home and an impressive array of resort amenities, all within easy walking distance: Lazy River, Waterslide, Sports Pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Heated Indoor Pool (year-round), Heated Outdoor Pool (year-round), Hot Tubs, Full Gym. Parking: Three underground parking spaces are provided. Additional spaces are available in the parking lot.

Additional important information for your stay: This home is ADA approved for accessibility. A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your use. Three underground parking spaces are provided, with extra spaces in the parking lot. Please refer to the house rules for a comfortable stay.
