The Space:
The home’s main level is an open space designed for recreation, relaxation, and functional living. Sure to inspire the cook of your group, the modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a full suite of cookware, and ample counter space to whip up delicious meals at home. Dinner could also be grilled up and enjoyed outside on the covered patio. Dining space inside includes the formal table with seating for 8 and 5 barstools along the kitchen counter. When it comes time to relax, enjoy high-end furnishings in the living room with smart tv and a chic air hockey table.

This home sleeps up to 16 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and balcony access.

Bedroom #4 is furnished with 2 sets of bunk beds, each with a full size bed on top and bottom. This room also has a queen sleeper sofa, smart tv, and balcony access.

St. George is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its close proximity to several major parks including Snow Canyon National Park (20 minutes), Red Cliffs National Conservation Area (25 minutes), and Zion National Park (75 minutes) where all manner of outdoor adventures can be found. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or visit the one-of-a-kind entertainment scene of Las Vegas just under 2 hours away.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Was a good location for the October Huntsman senior games. BBQ was easy to use and the kitchen had basic plates and glasses. Don't expect to do much cooking as the only property limitation is minimal large bowling and platters, serving bowls hence the 4 star rating. We would stay again.

Loved all of the extra touches, tissue in the form of roses, gift basket with goodies and personalized letter. It made it feel very personable and homey. Management kept in touch to ask if we needed anything and if our stay was going well. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. My kids loved the air hockey table! Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Almost Perfect

Great family retreat. Plenty of room. Only wished for better kitchen supplies. We had a large group needed way more than 4 dishwashers pods, could have used a larger mixing bowls, and updated mixer and griddle more dish towels and paper towels. Garbage can is too small for such a group. Only 4 bags had to fill it out of the can. The bedrooms are well done with comfortable beds and ceilings fans to keeps thing cool. Located near everything. Stores, bike trails, easy distance to Tuachan and Snow Canyon. Will stay again.
