POOL: Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club, approximately 1.7 miles or a 5-minute drive (fees may apply)
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have active exterior security cameras located at the main entrance, garage door, lower deck (pointed at the street), upper deck (pointed at the ski hill), and in the garage (it only sees the front wall with our locking cabinets and a bike which hangs from the ceiling. It does not see people in the garage). These cameras record video and monitor exterior perimeters only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
