This is our 7th year renting with Village Reality. This house was a good value for the money with spacious rooms and great game room in garage, but the outside of the house was filthy. The insides of every window and doorways into house were filled with thousands of dead bugs, cobwebs and mildew. The decks and patio furniture were falling apart too. This was disappointing therefore I would not stay here again.

This home is nestled in the maritime forest which is beautiful but also home to wild life so we power wash, landscape and clean regularly. We apologize the exterior was a concern and that you found issues inside as well. The home is under new ownership so you may see some changes coming soon. Village Realty appreciates your feedback. Hopefully the new "Sea and Tee II" is afforded a second look, and Village Realty is afforded the opportunity to provide another vacation rental to your family in the future.

Average home , very spacious. Access to Pine Island was definitely a plus. Currituck Club Community is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool but always had to clean out a minimum of 5 dead frogs everyday before we used it. But that obviously is just the area because we did see LOTS of frogs all throughout the community. I agree with last review, the outside of the home needed a power washing. It was dirty with lots of dead bugs , we had to clean the grill and empty an overflowing grease catch from obviously all past guests because the grill was not usable otherwise. Also we had a leak from the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our vacation, probably would not rent this home again.

Christine, thank you for sharing your feedback. I am pleased to hear overall you enjoyed your vacation and found Sea And Tee II to be very spacious for you and your family. As you mentioned the area of this home does have nature right at your doorstep, and because of its location despite being power washed and landscaped regularly, it still will occasionally have signs of the elements on the exterior. Our maintenance team has scheduled to check the grill and assess the exterior, and will power wash if needed. They will also check the upstairs bedroom and coordinate any repairs if needed. Excellent home! We will be coming back to this exact home over and over again. The lot is beautiful, the home is awesome. The garage games are stellar. Our kids had TONS of fun. The trolley service right to the beach was amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful and special. We cannot rate this home high enough.

We had a wonderful week. Our family loved the sunsets from the second floor decks and backyard. We enjoyed the house and amenities of the Currituck Club golf course and the 4-wheel beach where we saw lots of wild horses.

Average home, nice community,beautiful views, lots of amenities but the house did need some updating

Pros: Pine Island access was awesome Large bedrooms and baths, spacious living room and kitchen. Currituck Community is beautiful and has many amenities. Any minor issues we had were responded to immediately by Village Realty. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.( once we cleaned the frogs from it everyday) Cons: Foosball table was broken, there was a leak in master bedroom from roof,. There were only small frying pans provided, it made cooking for 8 people difficult. Outside needed a power washing, windows and decks were dirty and had many dead bugs. Home had new BBQ grill but we had to clean it and empty the overflowing grease catch from past guests.
