Condo primé direct Gulf Front avec une vue fantastique sur le coucher du soleil

Spectaculaire condominium en bord de mer avec vue magnifique sur le coucher du soleil. Spacieux deux chambres, deux salles de bain. Cuisine et salles de bain entiÚrement rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit élégants, de nouveaux appareils et des finitions. Plancher de carreaux de céramique continu dans toute l'unité. Profitez non seulement des eaux bleu-vert sereins et du sable blanc, mais; le son du golfe, depuis votre véranda privée. Complet avec chaises de plage, seaux et pelles!

La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour, y compris: ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle complÚte, verres et tasses, cafetiÚre, mixeur et grille-pain. Nouveau réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes en acier inoxydable. La chambre principale a un lit king size tandis que la chambre d'hÎtes a à la fois un lit queen et un lit double. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon, ce qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Il y a 3 télévisions à écran plat.

Commodités: piscine chauffée, Wi-Fi, télévision par cùble, barbecues au charbon de bois et aire de grillades, 1 place de parking et un ascenseur. Une buanderie est disponible dans le bùtiment à chaque étage. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Interdiction de fumer. Le séjour minimum est de 4 nuits. Condo was clean. Balcony looks right over the gulf. Great parking place close to elevators. Short walk to a great French breakfast coffee place. 5-10 minutes to many great places to eat. Halfway between Clearwater and John’s Pass. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

A Perfect Beach Getaway – Can’t Wait to Return!Our stay at this beautiful condo on Indian Shores Beach was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—plenty of kitchen supplies, clean towels for both the bathrooms and the beach, and even beach chairs and floats which made our beach days extra enjoyable.The view from the condo was breathtaking—we spent so many mornings and evenings just taking it all in. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing after a long day in the sun, the scenery never disappoints.What truly set this experience apart was the owner’s hospitality. Incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind at all times of the day. It’s rare to feel so well taken care of during a vacation, and it made all the difference.We’re already planning our next trip back and hope to return many more times in the future. I can’t recommend this place highly enough to friends, family, or anyone looking for the perfect beach escape!

Great location, great owner

I rarely write reviews....Joe called us within minutes of booking his beautiful vacation home. He was readily available to answer any questions and easy to work with. Great location overlooking the beach. A closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. It was the perfect get-a-way for us.20 miles from St. Pete and 20 miles from Clearwater (right in the middle and much more quiet).

Amazing view, so relaxing!

My husband, two young adult sons and I stayed for a long weekend to visit with my in-laws. The place was perfect! We were so comfortable. Beach access was so easy. Everything you needed was close. The steps were easy, and there is an elevator that was perfect for my in-laws when they visited. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Perfect family trip!

Location, location, location! To be able to wake and fall alseep listening and seeing the ocean was relaxing! We loved the property. The beach was beautiful. The unit was clean, and plenty of room for our first ever girls trip, me, my mom and my daughter. Everyone was very friendly. Driving to and from was a breeze! Highly recommend and plan to go back!

Piece of paradise

We had an excellent stay- communication with just was great with any issues we had - they were reaolved immediately. Gorgeous reception on and view- the water was amazing would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to make sure the locker number is on the check in info and you print it. The VRBO site wasn’t working and I couldn’t get that info- it was midnight when we got in- so trial and error we did figure it out but it took 20 min

5 star view w a great balcony and nice living space but minimal supplies provided for this rental (1 roll TP per batthrm, 1 hand towel). Unable to lower AC below 72, not best option for a menopausal woman.

Perfect Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this condo. The minute you walk through the door and see how beautiful the space is our stress just melted. The balcony view of the Gulf is just spectacular. The condo has all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home. The beds were super comfy as well. We will be back for sure. Fantastic location, excellent beach access, clean and nicely decorated older property. Only issue is a lack of blackout blinds in the bedroom windows. Exterior corridor lighting leaves quite a bit of light/brightness in the bedrooms at night.

Long Weekend Ladies Getaway

Beautiful view, beach, and condo! Updated. Great balcony! Watched the gorgeous sunset every evening and dolphins every morning. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Walking distance to convenience store for extra toilet paper, alcohol, t-shirts, magnets, etc. Walking distance to a couple of good bars and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Great communication with owner. We will be back!!!!

Great proximity to the beach

The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, and you can hear the waves from the balcony. This, along with the close proximity to the beach and heated pool, were the best features. There were beach toys and an umbrella, and you can rent shaded lounge chairs right on the beach.

My wife and I are originally from Buffalo, but we met in Tampa through a mutual friend, got married and started a family right away. We had our first son Sammy in 2003, but unfortunately lost him suddenly just before his second birthday, We have two amazing children, Matt and Brooke who inspired us to find a place on the beach and enjoy our time together.
Our family is very active and we love all the different types of outdoor activities that we can do together.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose to buy Holiday Villa's 311 because we loved that it was directly on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of so many of the touristy locations. We love the serenity of the sunsets from the balcony and enjoy the peaceful mornings watching the dolphins play in the gulf.
We completely renovated the kitchen and the bathrooms, but the condo still has an extremely comfortable family feel to the unit.

Our condo boasts a large balcony for you to enjoy sunsets, and peaceful mornings. Our family often enjoys a good card game while we watch the sun set from the very comfortable patio furniture.
There's a lot to do around our condo whether you have young kids in town or are just young at heart. We love to dolphin watch, play mini golf, fish, or go out to a great dinner. You can also rent a kayak or paddle board from one of the many beach rental companies that will gladly deliver to the beach for your convenience. If you prefer motorized water sports there is a marina a short distance away that you can rent all types of boats, or jet-skis. You will not be disappointed by a delicious meal at Salt Rock Grill, or breakfast at Frog Pond.
