This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on your private stretch of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. It has a front row seat to the gorgeous beach and famous gulf coast sunsets. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, enjoy the amazing view from the balcony and walk down the spiral staircase leading directly to the pool. The large and open kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for entertaining or quiet family time. If you want to head out for the evening restaurants are located within walking distance just across Gulf Blvd. There is even a CVS for those last minute items you forgot to pack. Larger grocery stores are a short 5 minute drive away. With only six other units on the property the pool will feel all your own. The full washer and dryer, cable, complementary internet, large T.V.’s, and expertly equipped kitchen make this vacation location feel like home. Perfect April Break

We spent our Massachusetts schools’ April vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. We wanted low-key vacation with easy access to the beach. This condo was perfect for us! Great location, very clean.

Great family vacation.

The whole property including the pool and common area is kept very clean. Condo itself is exactly how the pictures show. The bunk beds were perfect for 3 small kids. Stairway to the pool comes in clutch. We have already rebooked for next year.

Amazing trip and hospitality

Nice, clean rental property with a beautiful unobstructed beach view! Loved the private beach access and watching the sunsets from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely, lovely time! Gigi was super responsive, the beds were soooo comfy, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. And best of all, the view and proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We highly recommend!

Amazing condo and location

The condo is just as beautiful and clean in person as it is in the pics. They had all that we needed to make our stay very comfortable and convenient (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, etc).We loved the views and direct access to the beautiful beach. The pool is a nice touch for red flag days but we love the sea and sand the most. The walkability to local shops and restaurants/bars is also a major plus. It was an easy and scenic drive over to Clearwater for a sunset cruise, and another easy drive over to the Treasure Island area for the Sunday sunset beach party.The host was very responsive and proactively checked in with us about our stay.I highly recommend the property and hope it's available for our next visit to the area.

Perfect Beach Location

Everything you need for a beach vacation

This place worked great for our family of 5. Short walk to the sand, pool is right there, food and shopping walkable nearby. Definitely a great place to stay.

We just love Indian Rocks Beach!

The location of this property is the best. You have the sunset and literally 50 steps to the gulf. The pool is always so clean and inviting. Love swimming at night when the lights are on too. Condo was great and very kitchen was equipped for cooking meals. Overall, great stay and we would love to come back!

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a lovely girl's weekend getaway at the property. I can see why people come back to this space year after year. It is clean, convenient and perfectly appointed with everything you might want or need.

We love family time and a relaxed but tidy atmosphere. Paraiso is equipped with what we consider to be home away from home essentials. Clean new linens and towels, a fresh well equipped kitchen and a beautiful beach with amazing sunsets!

You'll love the spiral staircase that leads from the balcony down to the pool and beach, so convenient! Don't feel like cooking? Paraiso is also in a prime location, just walk out of the front door and have a meal at some of the areas fun and yummy local restaurants.
