Beautiful Sunsets & Ocean View! Sandcastle 1 Indian Shores Beach 3BR 2BA

** Newly Renovated Grounds and Beach!!** Our three-bedroom/two-bath condominium rental, Sandcastle 1, is right on the beach, providing breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets. One of the bathrooms allows for walk-in or roll-in access. It is an easy 30-minute ride from Tampa International Airport or Clearwater/St. Pete Airport. Indian Shores is right in between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. The condo has 1 reserved, covered parking space. We supply bath & kitchen towels (up to 8 sets), along with Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash, in each Shower. We also make available to our guests 6 beach towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a beach umbrella in the balcony closet.

The beach is just steps away! Sandcastle 1 has elevator service, a beachside heated swimming pool with an adjacent large hot tub, outdoor grills, and a fabulous beach with chair and umbrella service available to you should you desire. When you've worked up an appetite, Salt Rock Grill, Caddy's Indian Shores, Seabreeze Island Grill, Coco Wood, and Wahoo's Waterside Pub and Patio are all within three-and-a-half miles of the condo. Golfers will appreciate being just under four miles from Largo Golf Course. Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf is nearby as well!

The beach is famous for its soft sugar sand and year-round, near-perfect weather. Numerous attractions are nearby, including great golf, Busch Gardens (30 minutes), Disney World (90 minutes), Tampa Aquarium, planetarium, art museums, live theatre, and plenty of water sports, rentals, and activities within minutes. Not to mention miles of open beaches and the Gulf of Mexico right at your feet.

Condo was great, well stocked with many essentials and clean. Communication was great. Location is perfect, on 2nd floor with a beautiful ocean view. (Only complaint was the cleanliness of the property’s pool and one elevator out of service, which is not the fault of the condo owner.)

Our 1st family vacation and my 1st vacation in over a decade and we could not have been happier. Check-In was very smooth and Tim answered all my questions. The condo and the property was very clean with all the necessary amenities. There was also the GORGEOUS view from the balcony. It was also in a central location as it is right between Clearwater and St. Pete, however it is still quiet and relaxing in Indian Shores. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. I have absolutely no complaints. We have fallen in love with Indian Shores and will hopefully be able to rent here again. 5-STARS all day long

We had an amazing time at this condo. The view was incredible, it felt like you were so close to the water and the sunsets were breathtaking. Tim & Pam provided everything we needed for an awesome time. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is one of the best at Sandcastle 1! It was super clean & conveniently stocked with a plethora of kitchen utensils & tools. We were so appreciative to have access to the stocked beach towels, nice beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler and a few toys including boogie boards; things that we didn’t have to pack! We also appreciated having nice bath towels. The condo’s parking spot is a premium covered spot, right next to the elevator; but if we didn’t want to wait it was just a few quick steps up to the condo. Pam & Tim were excellent hosts with clear, quick & friendly communication. Would absolutely stay again!

The condo is well-equipped with everything you need. We really appreciated having beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, etc. provided. The condo is clean and updated. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and courtyard area. We would definitely return!

Pam and Tim have been visiting the area with their family for over 25 years. Indian Shores is a nice quiet location with an amazing Beach. So many fun activities located nearby for the family or a group of friends to enjoy!!

Located in a perfect spot along the beach with the intercoastal on one side and a balcony overlooking the Gulf Beach! An awesome pool and hot tub, along with bathrooms next to the pool. The Beach life doesn’t get any better than this.
