Welcome to Serendipity at Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort! Serendipity is a stylish and modern 5 bedroom/5 bathroom/2 half bathroom beach house where you can relax and make amazing memories with friends and family. This home offers breathtaking Gulf views, a private saltwater pool, and is a short stroll to the east beach boardwalk.

Enjoy the Kiva Experience
In addition to being named one of the Top Golf Courses in Alabama, the Kiva community features the area's largest privately-owned beach, three swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant, The Kiva Grill. A seasonal shuttle provides guests easy access to the beach from the pool.

About Serendipity

Serendipity has three spacious levels of living space. The first floor is perfect for kids and teens with one bedroom that can sleep up to 4, including two queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first floor features a living area, a gaming area with a Foosball table, a half bathroom, and access to the patio and pool deck. Outside, guests will appreciate the outdoor table, chairs, loungers, and a fire pit. The private saltwater pool can be heated during the cooler months and cooled during the warmest months for an additional fee.

On the second floor, you will find the open-concept main living space which includes a large modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything the chef needs to prepare delicious meals. The large living and dining areas offer plenty of space for all your friends and family to sit, relax, and enjoy some time together, as well as access to decks on the front and back of the house. A convenient half bathroom and laundry room complete with a laundry sink can also be found on this level. The second floor also offers a large bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, private balcony, and a full bathroom.

The third floor includes 3 more bedrooms, a reading nook, and another living area. The living area features a TV, balcony access with Gulf views, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. There is also a table, perfect for playing games, cards, and puzzles. The three third-floor bedrooms are all equipped with full private bathrooms and televisions. Bedroom 3 sleeps 4 guests in 2 queen-sized beds and bedrooms 4 and 5 feature king-size beds and private balconies.

* Pool heating or cooling are available for an additional fee.

* HOA Restrictions do not allow trailers to be parked at the property. In addition, Golf Carts are NOT permitted in the Kiva Dunes neighborhood.

About Ft Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
