5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The room was cute and the view was great. But the room had a musky smell even after when they came to spray some clean smell product. Thw cleaning had a big stain kinda concerned it was mold. The bed was so uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the couch the whole trip. The toilet had to be flush so many time to get a clean flush. The ice machine on the fridge didnt hardly give any ice when trying to despise. Other then those issues trip was great. The room was not worth the price paid for the stay.
