Centrally located near South Beach, the Airport, Downtown Miami, and Wynwood, you’ll be in the heart of everything. The apartment sits in a private and quiet neighborhood blocks from shopping, groceries, restaurants.... This 2nd-floor apartment is exclusively yours—no shared spaces. Enjoy full access to the entire home, plus the front yard with a BBQ and seating area. If you're interested in extra services, feel free to ask us about: ✓ Boat & Yacht Rentals Enjoy the frontal seating area with water views, along with the spacious second-floor living area. ● No parties allowed — strictly enforced ● Quiet hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Please maintain reasonable noise levels at all other times.
