This house wowed us! Even better in person than pictures! Steps from the beach and with incredible sunset views! We were fortunate to even see dolphins from the bedroom window! We celebrated a family birthday and it was a great floorplan for our large group. We are especially late that there were three living rooms so it never felt crowded. Amazing location- felt very secluded and safe but was a short walking distance to the boutiques and restaurants at Village.

The host was so helpful. The house was clean. The location was PERFECT! The view was gorgeous. Wish we brought bathing suits because we would have loved to use the pool. Everything was wonderful. I would come back in an instant.

This was our first stay at this beach and really loved our stay at this house. The views, the size, the private beach access at low tide, and the pool all made this trip one of my favorites. The architecture on this house is super unique and took a few minutes to find everything but the master bedrooms are HUGE, the kitchen was great for cooking, and town is so close that we rented a golf cart and would go get ice cream and shop in like 2 min. The only thing I can caution is because it’s unique, the stairs and few areas that you step down to were a little challenging with a little toddler. Ours managed but maybe bring a baby gate if you have a young walker. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house overall was beautiful and great location. The property managers were extremely communicative and helpful. Overall would definitely recommend. I will say there were a few maintenance items around the house that did seem like someone should fix up a bit. Examples like the tub not draining, loose railing broken clothes washer. The property manager was so kind to take our clothes out for cleaning to make up for it, but I do think these types of maintenance issues should be caught before checkin ideally. However, like I said I would recommend overall as it did not impede our stay

Property is listed as oceanfront but is more bay front. Absolutely no beach during high tide and no sand during low tide. Sank to ankles in mud trying to get to the water. If you are looking for an oceanfront house with accessibility to the beach this is not the house. We ended up renting a golf cart and packing up everyday and going to 9th Street public beach access. Beautiful beach there but no bathrooms….very inconvenient for our large family. Concrete and decking around the pool is very uneven and a trip hazard. Pool was clean but didn’t look clean it needs painted. House was clean. There are a lot of step down rooms and the main stairs are open at bottom (not a good house for small children or small dogs). No outdoor area except pool deck and one 2nd floor deck (no stairs from deck to go to pool, have to go back into house and through basement). Kitchen had pots and pans, no mixer, lots of plates, silverware and glasses. Not many places to hang towels to dry. No outdoor shower just a garden hose to rinse feet. Beds were clean and comfortable. Loved the island but wish I would have known about “No Beach or water access” before I rented this house. A lot of money to pay to still have to pack up and travel to beach everyday. If you are looking for a water view but don’t love the sand and sea this house may work for you but my family prefers oceanfront view and beach and were very disappointed.
