Fenced side yard with swimming pool and plenty of outdoor seating, a covered poolside dining area as well as a two story deck with ocean views. Room for 2 or more vehicles under the carport with extra parking onsite for additional guests or boat trailer, 2 outdoor showers, charcoal grill. USB ports in all bedrooms. Secured WiFi.
Easy beach access with crossover located on the north side of the property.
