Don is the owner and the most gracious and accommodating host. This is the 3rd time I have rented this property. It is perfect. It is right on the lake. So accessible. Dive right in. The hot tub lets you warm and then cold plunge (but not too cold in late summer!). The view is mesmerizing. So comfortable too. All you need.

We loved staying at The Cottage. Don was extremely helpful in getting us settled. The location was wonderful. The Marymoor Village Station was 15 minutes up the road and it was so easy to take the light rail into Seattle. The lake was great and being able to take the kayaks and paddle boards out. My kids enjoyed that so much. We had the best time and would recommend the Cottage.

Amazing setting and stay. We couldn't have had a better experience being right on the lake and adjacent to the east Lake Sammamish trail. Fishing off the dock with our extended families one day visit was a special highlight, while kayaking on glassy water and riding the trail provided lasting memories.
Kayaking at sunset.
View from the deck watching my wife and daughter with special needs take a morning walk on our dock.

We wanted to spend a week at the lake but still have time to do local things nearby because of the school year starting. It was a perfect blend of vacation and local.

Awesome place!

This was a great place to stay. The home is right on the lake and also 5 mins from grocery stores and restaurants. We were in town for a concert in Woodinville and it was about a 20 minute drive- super easy. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home with AC and comfy beds. The host is friendly and helpful, we wish we could have stayed longer to hang out!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at The Cottage on Lake Sammamish in Washington, and it was pure magic. Nestled right on the water, this charming little retreat felt like a hidden gem. The cottage itself was immaculately decorated, with cozy touches and floor-to-ceiling windows that framed the most breathtaking lake views. Each morning, we woke up to the gentle lapping of water and a misty, serene landscape outside. We spent our days exploring the city, hiking nearby trails, and simply relaxing by the dock. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful lakeside escape, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Lake Sammamish Lake House

We had such a wonderful time at this lake house. The property is just as the pictures and the location is simply perfect. Sunrise and Sunsets on the dock are spectacular. We took our teenage girls here for Spring Break and had the best time. Communication was very prompt and it was easy to find. I highly recommend this location.
