Nostalgic week on Cape cod

My parents, my husband and myself stayed in this lovely house. The house was equipped with everything you could need. It was an easy walk, by trail, through the woods to the beach. Even my 85+ y o parents could make it. We had a great stay!

Perfect home for a summer vacation!

This house could not have been nicer! It’s a few minutes walk to the beach and several great bars/restaurants! There are so many activities nearby like mini golf, go carts, driving range, arcades, and obviously the beach! The house was perfectly clean, incredible for hosting a bbq, and fantastic for families. 10/10

They have made small improvements, like luggage racks, dog fence, AC’s in each room. The kitchen is well stocked for any recipe. Very clean. South Yarmouth needs to do something about the pack of coyotes in the woods burying up to the house. Could hear them at PM and saw them a few times.

This is a great house! It is spacious and comfortable. it is a short walk to the beach, and walking through the woods makes it a bit exciting, It is a house that clearly somebody lives in so it has personal touch in every corner, is well equipped (it has been a while since we rented a property that had all the spices and tools we wanted/needed :) ), has a lot of coziness in it. Beds were conformable (not a given, trust me...). All in all an excellent place to stay in the cape and we truly enjoyed its comfort and location. Few comments: (1) there are coyotes in the woods and they are not shy, so if you travel with a small dog keep them close and short leashed. The backyard is fenced but I am not sure it is tall enough to completely discourage a coyote (2) kitchen paper towels and bath tissue were in short supply (or maybe we just could not find the extra)

The property was clean & so perfect for our family.The kitchen had everything u could want to cook.Loved sitting on the front deck & the huge back deck with a grill.The front yard was great for my 2 grandchildren to play in.Beautiful quiet neighborhood on a dead end street.Close to beaches,restaurants, shops.We had the best time in this home

A Great House! And We Loved The Wild Turkeys!!

The house was beautiful with so many little touches that made it so special. The location was a dead end street and wooded so it was very quiet. The wild turkeys and bunnies were an added attraction. Loved the walk through the woods to the beach. It was near all services so very convenient . The deck on the back was such a great spot. We were looking for a quiet week so this house fit the bill perfectly even though the weather did not cooperate.
