CANCELLATION POLICY
A 3.25% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per PAYMENT PROCESSER. This applies to ALL bookings.
1. Mandatory Agreement & ID
Primary guests must sign our Rental Agreement and provide a valid government ID before check-in. This is a transient rental managed by Stay At My Place.

2. Check-in & Checkout

Hours: Check-in 4:00 PM | Checkout 10:00 AM.

Late Checkout: Unauthorized stays past 10:00 AM incur a $100/hour fee.

3. Pool & Safety

Safety: No safety barrier around the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Use pool at your own risk.

Pool Heat: Optional for $25/night (entire stay only). 24-hour notice required.

Backyard: Do not enter backyard areas beyond the pool perimeter.

4. Property Care & Climate (Strictly Enforced)

Sliding & Patio Doors: Keep the sliding door and pool patio door closed and latched at all times. This prevents the AC unit from freezing and minimizes tropical insects/mosquitoes entering the home.

Glass Cabinets: Please handle all glass cabinet doors with extreme care. Do not slam cabinet doors, as they are fragile.

Furniture: Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture. Relocation and cleaning fees apply.

Appliances: Avoid overloading the washer/dryer to ensure proper functioning.

5. Smoking & Pets

Smoking: 100% smoke/vape-free indoors. $599 deep-cleaning fee for violations.

Pets: Prior approval required. $100 per pet (flat fee). Pets must stay off furniture; unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.

6. Trash & Quiet Hours

Trash: Bagged trash only in side-yard bins. Friday: Recycle/Bulk | Thursday: Garbage.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Violations result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee.

7. Game Room & Conduct

Game Room: Enjoy the game room! Please treat all equipment (pool table, foosball, etc.) with care. Do not move heavy gaming tables. Relocation or damage fees will apply.

NO REFUND POLICY
By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for:

Temporary unavailability of non-essential amenities ( Games, Grill, Pool, Wi-Fi, TV apps, smart devices etc)
Nature-related encounters (insects, wildlife, weather)
Early departure or change of plans after check-in
Failure to read or follow house rules prior to booking

All issues must be reported immediately during the stay to allow the host the opportunity to resolve them. Refund requests submitted after checkout will not be considered.
