The Space:

This four-bedroom home sleeps eight guests comfortably. The primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and workspace. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and workspace. The fourth bedroom features a twin daybed with twin trundle, smart TV, deck access, and workspace. A queen air mattress is available in the loft closet for flexible sleeping. The home includes three full bathrooms total: one ensuite and two guest baths, each with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The upstairs loft provides a second living area for afternoon naps or separate movie time. The main living room centers around a gas fireplace and smart TV with streaming. The full kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook. Two dining tables each seat six, plus two counter stools. A dedicated office with desk helps remote workers stay connected. The washer and dryer are in-unit. Outside, the beautifully landscaped backyard features a large cedar deck with outdoor sofa seating, gas grill, and private hot tub under the stars. The fenced yard backs up to open space. Four-car driveway parking is included. Guest Access:

Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. The driveway accommodates four vehicles, with two additional street parking spaces available for a maximum of five days. AWD or 4WD is required during winter months due to snow and ice conditions. RVs, trailers, campers, and recreational vehicles on trailers are not permitted in the driveway or on the street.



The Neighborhood:

The home sits in the Skyliner Summit neighborhood, one mile from Phil's Trail, a beloved mountain biking and hiking destination. Northwest Crossing shopping and dining are also within a mile. A dog park is just one minute away for off-leash play. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are two miles away, offering riverfront restaurants, boutique shops, and the Deschutes River Trail. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort, Oregon's largest, is a 25-minute drive for winter skiing and summer lift-served biking. Wanoga Sno-Park is 20 minutes away with miles of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and walking trails. Widgi Creek Golf Course is a 10-minute drive, featuring challenging fairways surrounded by Cascade views. The High Desert Museum and Newberry National Volcanic Monument, including the Lava River Cave, are a short drive south for families and curious explorers.



Getting Around:

Bend is located along Highway 97 in Central Oregon. The home is approximately 25 minutes west of downtown Bend via Century Drive to reach Mount Bachelor Ski Resort. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is about 20 miles north, roughly a 25-minute drive. Portland International Airport (PDX) is roughly 160 miles northwest, about a three-hour drive via Highway 26 and Highway 97. Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District are two miles from the home, an easy five-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride.
