Upon entering the second floor, you'll find a spacious living area that leads to a west-facing sunroom, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun. This peaceful space is ideal for unwinding, reading, or simply enjoying the view as the sun sets. The full kitchen, with its large island and stainless-steel counter tops, with new appliances, is perfect for preparing meals or hosting a small dinner. Step outside to your private deck, where you can take in calming river views. In the evening, retreat to one of the two queen-sized beds in elegantly designed east facing bedrooms, each with architectural elements that echo the apartment’s historic roots. Each bedroom includes a spacious closet, large European windows, thick black out curtains, and a flat screen tv with a dedicated Netfilx account. The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms, with a luxurious shower / bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
Remote Work Friendly: This suite is perfect for remote workers, with a dedicated workspace and high-speed Bell Internet (166 Mbps Download) to ensure seamless connectivity. The serene river views from your private balcony offer the perfect backdrop for work breaks, while the peaceful environment allows you to focus on your tasks. You can park at our private lot, one space available and then walk or drive. Walk to nearby shops, restaurants and theatres. A longer walk to the Bay of Quinte waterfront trail or Zwick's Park. There is free parking at these locations if you prefer to drive and then, walk along the trail. No parties allowed. Even if there is no damage caused by a party, the guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties.

The entire apartment was well appointed with top end finishings. Its character and charm were accentuated by the many imported pieces from the owners travels.
Upon entry, it is very clear that the owners have poured pride and a life’s work into ensuring nothing is missed.
DT location with walkable restaurants, cafes and waterfront provide all needed for a stay in Belleville… we are frequent visitors to the area and will now make this suite our go-to.
Big thanks to Kim and Zubin for making everything so easy.

Exceptional Property!
My son and I stayed here recently and we truly enjoyed our visit! The property is a little hard to find (the entrance is in the back), but when it’s an absolute hidden gem! Right in the heart of downtown, the property is better than any five—star hotel for longer stays. Comfy beds, spectacular showers and wonderfully thoughtful amenities. This is a home away from home with exceptional workmanship and design. If we are back in the area we will surely book in advance to make sure that we can secure our stay! Wonderful hostess who is very welcoming and helpful. Thanks Kim and Zubin!
