Absolutely beautiful property in perfect location for sightseeing at the Historical Park. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy great room with fireplace. We enjoyed meals on the lovely porch. A perfect weekend!
The house was absolutely incredible, stocked with everything you need. Beautiful furniture, lovely layout and was the perfect place for our small mountain bachelorette getaway. Walking distance to an amazing bakery, Harper’s ferry and hikes. Laurel was extremely responsive when we blew a fuse blow drying hair and came right away to fix it. 10/10 experience on everything!

Lauren and the girls are very sweet , respectful young ladies who know how to vacation!!! They were celebrating her sister's upcoming wedding and enjoyed the nearby vineyards. At night they hired a private chef to come to the house and cook dinner. They left the cottage in great condition and followed the check-out rules. Best to you girls!!!
This adorable home is newly renovated with everything you could want! Everything was so clean and fresh. Laurel was a wonderful host and communicated clearly, asking if we needed anything else. We could easily walk to restaurants (less than two blocks away), and downtown Harper's Ferry was a little over a mile away, which was a perfect walk. We went tubing and mostly hung out at the house for a perfect girls' getaway weekend. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this property! I would go back!
Six long time friends stayed at Laurel Cottage from 5/16 to 5/19/25. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all you need for your stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown, but a quick car ride. There are many hiking trails and a bike path to enjoy. The Rabbit Hole is a good place to eat in downtown Harper’s Ferry with a great beer selection. Bolivar Bakery is a 10 minute walk from the house and has great breads, pastries and soft pretzels. Laurel, the host, is so nice. She quickly responded any time we contacted her. I highly recommend this beautiful get away in Harper’s Ferry!!

Karen and friends were so kind and effortless! They respectfully texted with questions and a bit of an early check-in. They left the cottage in great condition, followed all the house rules and sent a kind thank you on their departure. I am happy they chose Laurel Cottage as their haven to reunite!
