We loved your cabin. We had a wonderful visit to the park and coming home to the cabin at the end of the day was perfect. We will keep it in mind for future trips

Beautiful Cabin, Great Location, Very Nice Hosts

  • 5 of 5

The cabin was absolutely perfect for my husband and I's recent trip with friends. It was my first time seeing Yosemite and part of the reason my visit was so great was because of this cabin!

I loved how we were tucked away in the woods a bit, but were within close distance to the park entrance, restaurants and a store. It was so nice to have such a comfortable place to stay after a long day hiking and exploring Yosemite.

We loved the kitchen (packed with everything we needed to prepare meals--including modern appliances and a BBQ grill!) the fireplace, the comfortable sleeping accommodations, the Roku, the board games and all of the Yosemite books! (We especially dug the morbid volume all about the deaths in the park over the years.) We also really appreciated that all of the linens for the beds were available and that there was plenty of soap, cleaning products and paper products.

Brian was so great! He was so nice and very easy to reach for questions. I would recommend this place in a second to anyone looking for the perfect Yosemite travel experience.

Will Never stay here again.

This place only really sleeps 2. We finally found the air mattress after the second night. It was very cold and our 3rd guest was not able to sleep. She had to sleep on the couch the first night. The operation of the TV was very difficult and the only thing we could get was old reruns of Twilight Zone. The internet did not work. The bathtub was impossible to get in and out of and we almost had some accidents. If you are over 60 DO NOT USE THE TUB. You could kill yourself. The temperature was very hard to control as there are no instructions on how to operate the thermostat. The only restaurants are very expensive. The grocery store has nothing in the way of things to fix for dinner. We had spaghetti and sauce. I would recommend staying in Oakhurst at a hotel. At least there are good grocery stores and some decent restaurants.

Fun stay near Yosemite

  • 5 of 5

A great mountain retreat near Yosemite. The layout of the cabin was great. There was a sizeable living room w/ TV loaded w/ Netflix. Appreciate the washer/dryer. Plenty of space to put an full-size aerobed near the warm and cozy fireplace. The bedroom was spacious as well. Kitchen is well stocked. The cabin is near an excellent snow play area called Goat Meadow. Conveniently located minutes within the South entrance to Yosemite and about 45 minutes into Yosemite Village. The owner (Brian) is very accessible. Overall a great stay and would strongly recommend it!

We celebrate my wife's birthday in a romantic log cabin for three days!

What a beautiful experience!

Even a nice little holiday tree! In front of a fire place.

Thank you so much!

Beautiful Cabin

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this cabin over Thanksgiving. The cabin is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and perfect for a couple. Its well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen including great extras such as a coffee grinder and smoothie maker. The fire place was lovely and cozy as we had over a foot of snow overnight! Its not too far to drive into the park and much quieter than staying in the valley itself. We were also able to walk over to the Tenaya Lodge to make use of their facilities, plus there is a small store in Fish Camp itself. With all the snow the road out of the park via Glacier Point did get closed and we had to drive a long way round to get back to the cabin, so I would strongly advise traveling with snow chains in the winter and knowing how to properly install them.
