Fabulous Week in Eze

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at Villa Panorama! The house was spotless and fully stocked with groceries, towels, blankets, cooking supplies, and essentials. Our host, Gerard, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip.The villa is both beautiful and comfortable, with breathtaking sea views from the pool and living room. Relaxing by the pool or watching TV felt peaceful and restorative. Cooking was easy thanks to the well-equipped kitchen, and nearby grocery stores in Beaulieu (just one train stop away) were very convenient.Beaulieu itself is vibrant, with shops, restaurants, and even a casino. If you prefer to stay close to home, Èze has plenty to offer. The beach is just a 5–10 minute walk, perfect for morning coffee or dinner. There’s also a trail leading to Èze Village, a 40-minute hike with incredible views and a beautiful garden overlooking the Côte d’Azur.Gerard was a fantastic host—helpful with day-trip planning and always attentive. The house includes a grill, elliptical, piano, great air conditioning, and a sweet outdoor cat who keeps pests away. Even my allergy-sensitive brother liked him!The train station is a 5-minute walk and made day trips to Monaco, Nice, and Cap Ferrat super easy. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return. Villa Panorama is the perfect base for exploring the South of France - year round.

I am a native of Nice. The Nice/Monaco region is very beautiful. The beaches are not very busy, all this makes it an ideal location to welcome tourists and their families.

This property is particularly welcoming with lots of indoor and outdoor space.
We offer an independent studio/kitchen and a single suite located in front of the swimming pool, (very romantic)
