Why they chose this property
Feels like home having all needed for daily living and is peaceful.
With Los Angeles traffic being so very difficult you can end up spending unnecessary time on travel. This location is still going through gentrification with is reflected in lower price I offer.
Although its not fully gentrified you are so centrally located you will save a lot of time having fun instead being stuck in stop n go traffic for hours. My two units are very clean and kept up well.
