This Korea-town location is 2.4 miles west of downtown 2.4 miles from USC, 4.7 miles south of Hollywood & 6.5 miles from Beverly Hills. Koreatown is considered part of the Mid-Wilshire district. You will be only 14 miles from Santa Monica beach!
Korea-town today is a dizzying hub of all-you-can-eat barbecue spots, Bars/nightclubs, Beverly Hotsprings (mineral-riched hot springs) /, karaoke bars, & Many ridiculously affordable Massages !!


IMPORTANT!!

Enjoy this culturally diverse community speaking Korean, Spanish & English. Which is reflected in the food and shopping.
Korea town is predominately working-class families.
All the people that live around the apartment are friendly and helpful.

Korea town has gone through many changes and is in the gentrification process ( THIS BLOCK IS NOT GENTRIFIED AS OF YET) there is still the "URBAN" element to this area.
The neighbors can play their music loud at times on weekends have friends over on their porch. Some maybe unsightly

No one has been Unsafe in 14 years I've owned the property they all grew up on the block.
Most guests don't mind because it's simply a great place to be for an amazing price!

I have a full security system with door & window sensors & cameras outside / inside.
Cameras are exclusively for the day bungalow is empty or receiving service by cleaning Or maintenance.

No worries the 2 indoor cameras do not have sound are NOT in use during your stay and are in common areas only. Please look for the velcro cloth camera covers on the Blue dresser for complete comfort.

Central to everything!

Hands down the best choice for our week in LA. Jessica’s description of the property is completely accurate. The bungalow is safe, comfortable, and central to everything. We immediately felt at home and found really thoughtful touches everywhere - tons of outlets/extension cords to charge your various devices, yoga mats, and tips on local places to check out.

Incredibly Comfy and cute!

This was the perfect place to stay. The bungalow had everything we needed including free parking! In Los Angeles, that's a huge bonus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the neighborhood was quiet. We Lyfted to the Convention Center which is just minutes away. Much cheaper and easier to Lyft than to pay for downtown parking. If you are in town for the Convention Center or Staples Center, it would be hard to beat this place. Being in Koreatown also had the advantage of fabulous food choices. You are walking distance from an excellent Greek restaurant or a short drive to one of the best all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ's. The owner, Jessica, is friendly and helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. She seems to really enjoy making sure people have a great stay! We truly appreciated the snacks she left for us!

Great stay and great host!

First thing I should point out is that Jessica was very responsive throughout the whole booking process and continued to be to the end of our stay, as well as being available to take care of any issues and even providing us with juices, waters and mini cereal boxes! Second, the place was very nice, comfy and felt like home immediately. There was only one parking spot that was a little tricky getting into but became easier after the 3rd time doing it and street parking as well if you're able to find something but this place is perfect for a couple or small family. The neighborhood may take some getting used to for some people but in reality it's just like any other community and there was no problems. Groceries were about a 20 minute walk round trip and if you're looking for something to eat late at night there's some amazing street tacos right in front of the same grocery store (smart&final), they only take cash just a heads up. We mainly came to go to Universal Studious Hollywood which was about a 25 minute drive on average and even through we were hardly home sometimes it was still a great place to stay. This place practically has everything you need for a weeks stay and if you want to stay longer there's plenty of laundry mats within walking distance. If you're considering this place and have any questions or concerns then don't hesitate to contact Jessica, she will be happy to assist you in any way possible to make your stay perfect.

This is a clean, comfortable, safe bungalow at a very affordable price. After seeing many rentals I have to say I offer a lot more than most I've seen in other vacation rentals, this is a home. The price has been discounted because this neighborhood is going through gentrification and is still urban. Most guests feel perfectly safe once settled in.

This bungalow stays booked on another popular site because its a prime location with easy access to the whole city and has very good ratings and reviews on that site.
