The dryer was not functional - extremely loud screeching noise-notified owner and maintenance. No response from maintenance; owner said thank you for letting us know. Obvious they knew it was not functional. Made it hard to dry beach/pool towels. Front bedroom has an aggravating low hum from the modem. Maintenance relocated and stopped for one night and then got louder. Unpleasant trying to go to sleep. Can’t believe I am first to call to their attention. Sad!
