The Hideaway is a family-owned beach bungalow in Hull, MA, nestled between Nantasket and Gunrock beaches. It's the perfect getaway for solo retreats, couples, small families, remote workers, commuters, or best-friend adventures.
The Hideaway offers a unique blend of natural beauty, creative spirit, and relaxation. This private, single-dwelling home features a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower with dual shower heads, and we provide all your essential toiletries.
The dining and living area includes a spacious kitchen table that can expand to accommodate family dinners, game nights, or puzzle sessions. Relax in the cozy blue velvet swivel chairs, enjoy some vinyl on the Bluetooth-enabled record player, or connect your device to set the vibe. We've maximized the charm and functionality of our 516-square-foot layout to create an open, inviting space.
The second-floor bedroom features a queen bed with soft, cozy linens. Downstairs, the living room includes additional guest sleeping space, a smart TV, and room to unpack and unwind.
Step outside and explore the nearby beaches, paddleboarding spots, scenic trails, fresh seafood, and local gems. Convenient access to ferries and trains makes city adventures or commutes a breeze, all while keeping nature close.

The Hedrick Family lives just around the corner from The Hideaway. We are a local, creative, and hard-working family who love our little town of Hull. The Hideaway is a labor of love, and we want you to experience the same magical vibes that makes this place so special.
Our days are spent raising our three girls, visiting Hull Gut, commuting on the ferry, relaxing at the beach, and soaking in the local scenery. The experiences you’ll have here are the ones we treasure most.

This neighborhood chose us. Like so much of what you stumble upon in Hull, The Hideaway was a hidden gem, tucked away and waiting to be discovered. From the moment we found it, we knew it was the perfect place to channel our family’s creative energy.
Over the course of a year, we poured our hearts into rehabbing this special home, breathing new life into it and making it what it is today.
