Welcome to our quaint ranch style home nestled in the Park Hill community in a great, quiet neighborhood! This is a great choice if you want to experience the city of Denver, but come back to a quiet home afterward. Located 5 minutes south of I-70, it is also a great choice for day trips to hike/ski! The airport is just 20 minutes away. There is also a lightrail 5 minutes away that offers access to downtown (avoid traffic and parking hassles!) and the airport!
You will have the entire home during your stay, which includes 2 large bedrooms with queen beds. The sofa can convert to queen bed. The main bathroom can be accessed from one of the bedrooms and there is a 1/2 bath as well. You have access to a full kitchen and living/dining room, as well as washer/dryer.
Enjoy the large backyard and patio for outdoor dining, or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning nestled in green space with quiet before you venture out to the many nearby activities! The Nature and Science Museum and Zoo are 10 minutes away, there is a small shopping/dining area within walking distance, wonderful urban trails and green space, and downtown Denver a short drive away.

Keep in mind that this house is in a great welcoming neighborhood that is quiet and respectful of people's schedules and space. This is not a place for parties or large groups to gather.
While pets are not allowed, we do have a dog so it is not guaranteed dander free. We clean thoroughly prior to guests
Street sweeping is every FOURTH Tuesday in front of the house from April-November and every FOURTH Wednesday on opposite side of street
