Everything has been thought of at this property. We have stayed in the Shipyard many times and this was the best stay for sure! From the cleanliness to the amenities to the activity’s accessibility I would give this 5 stars! Definitely staying here again!

Has it all!

Having stayed in many rentals, we brought a lot of things for the kitchen with us. We didn’t need to here. This kitchen has everything you will need. We did use the sheet pan we brought. The family room has a large super comfy sectional that all five of us could fit easily on. Love the 3 bedrooms with en-suite full baths. This unit is right next to the pool and the shipyard shuttle stop for the beach. We rented bikes and used the beautiful bike paths throughout shipyard. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Experience lavish comfort in a private coastal oasis. Our vacation home has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated:
You have at disposition a villa that offers upstairs three bedroom with own en-suite baths and downstairs open space living space. The amazing accommodations with large views are backing onto a lagoon and entire location is surrounded by golf courses.

Each space is elegantly designed to provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for a truly rejuvenating stay.
A quiet setting with three balconies, gorgeous nature views and plenty of large windows with a bright interior.

First floor open living area has a large inviting foyer and a kitchen with a large island. The dining room has a large 8 chair table and the living room has a very comfy extra large sectional sofa with 2 reclining end chairs. All this is located in front of a large smart TV and a great fireplace.
Additionally, on the first level, you'll find a designated workspace with a large monitor, printer, and fast WiFi - perfect for those who need to work remotely. There's also a convenient laundry area and a half bath. Attached to the first floor is 3 outdoor areas: a large covered entrance with 2 chairs, a grill area and a large balcony with a 4 chair table facing the lagoon.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom and large TV. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony and have comfy queen size beds. Master bedroom has a comfy king bed, a large screen TV and its own balcony with access from both the bedroom and en-suite bath. Folded in the master closet are 2 extra twin beds that can be used as needed.
