Perfect Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were easy to communicate with and helped share ideas on how we might enjoy our trip. The property was perfect for our family of four with each son having their own room. The kitchen had all of your basic needs, we like to cook so were happy about that. The home was walking distance to the pool and a quick drive to the beach. We would enjoy staying here again and highly recommend it!

Great Southern Exposure

Hilton Head offers beaches, history, and varied dining experiences but topping the list for me is the foliage and property landscaping. We enjoyed every day of our two week stay including visits to Savannah and Beaufort. Our home was well decorated, roomy, and met all our needs.

Beautiful and spacious townhome!!

We had a fabulous time at this rental and booking was a pleasant experience!! The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious for our family of 5!! Julie was amazing to work with!!! I highly recommend and would love to come back!!

Fabulous property and awesome hosts

Our experience was perfect from beginning to end! The property was just as described and the hosts were fabulous to work with. They included so many little things that made our stay just perfect! The property was spotless, the beds were super comfortable and the amenities were wonderful! Julie and Craig thought of everything to make our stay perfect in every way! We will definitely return!

Lovely Townhouse

Property was very much like the description. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and even had spices, olive oil etc. Julie was a great host. Check in and check out we’re a breeze and she provided several great restaurant suggestions.

Spacious home away

The property was a bit difficult stop use GPS with, you need to follow directions provided. Overall the area was very quaint and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool access as well as how central it was to many restaurants and shops. The house was perfect. We did have 3 little ones with us but it worked out great - the step down into the living room gave a perfect place for them to play. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. My only suggestion would be to have a few extra towels as there were only 1 per person as well as a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels each bathroom had 2 partial rolls and there was only one roll of paper towels - easy to buy but would be nice to not have to. Communication was great with the host and she was always quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Gem of a home on a beautiful property!

When looking for a nice place for our all-adult family to stay at Hilton Head Island, we were fortunate enough to come across Julie & Craig's amazing home at Evian Villas in Shipyard Plantation. Exactly what we were looking for. Impeccably clean, well appointed, plenty of room for all 6 people. Loved the covered patio area and grill. An excellent living space. The villas are in a beautiful setting of ponds, trees and plenty of wildlife. A short bike ride to the beach. Tennis/pickleball courts and a pool even closer. We took advantage of everything and weren't disappointed once. Even better, Julie & Craig were charming, easy to communicate with and always ready to answer any questions we had. Thank you both - we really needed this vacation and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Take care!

Perfect 'home away from home' on HHI!

What a terrific villa for a relaxing Hilton Head Island getaway! Julie is a wonderful and accommodating host and her villa is set up for a comfortable stay, a perfect home away from home with many thoughtful touches which enhance the experience. Our family enjoyed an awesome week vacationing on the island - sunbathing at the beach, lounging by the Evian pool, bicycling throughout the Shipyard plantation and enjoying the many attractions that HHI has to offer. This villa is the perfect place to wake up and have a cup of coffee on the outdoor patio before the day’s activities, and to return to at the end of the day for a relaxing dinner or an evening cocktail (or both!). We especially appreciated that each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath, which is ideal when traveling with adult family members or other couples. We look forward to returning for a future stay on our next visit to HHI!

Wonderful stay!

The property is beautifully decorated,clean, and had a fantastic floor plan. The owner was extremely responsive and pleasant. The amenities with the Tennis Courts, pool, and Proximity to the beach were perfect for our family.
