Very nice condo for one couple. It is well equipped and the views are fantastic. Because it is a high rise condo, the security measures make the check-in a little complicated, but they had a person there to help us through it.

Great location and condo!

We had a great time, location and views were fantastic! Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was great as well very helpful and quick responses to all my questions. Great customer service!

This one bedroom condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. One of the nicer ones we have stayed in. Communication with the owners was exceptional from start to finish. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets, perfect view. We would not hesitate in renting here again!

Everything was very clean for the most part the overall condo was clean however the condo needs a little updating and the cutlery was starting to rust and one of the blankets was dirty with some weird substance on it however that’s most likely due to the previous tenant. Overall beautiful condo with incredible views

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful, well-kept condo in Marco Island. The unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice Condo on Marco

Exactly what we saw in the photos. Great communication with owners. Small but comfortable with an amazing view and location. A bonus to have a restaurant on the first floor for quick meals. Have stayed in many Marco condos and would recommend this one bedroom for 2 people.

Beautiful little property. Had everything necessary. Very clean and right on the beach. Watched the sunset from our balcony. Excellent communication with the host who set up a cable technician visit and ordered an item that was missing from the previous renters. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

We had a great one-week stay! The condo was clean, beautiful, and exactly as advertised on VRBO. Being right on the beach made the location perfect. The condominium check-in process was a little confusing, and the cleaning company arrived about 30 minutes before our checkout time asking to get into the condo while we were still loading our bags onto the dolly. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

Great condo for a beach trip. The balcony is directly facing the beach which gives a perfect, unobstructed ocean view even when you’re inside. It was clean and had everything we needed. Their beach closet had a lot of beach essentials that we were able to use (instead of bring or buying) including beach chairs (with arm straps which were very useful when carrying everything down to the beach). Easy, quick access to the pool, restaurant, and beach. The assigned parking is super-close to the lobby door as well. The location is one of last few buildings on the less busy south end of the island, great for walks and shelling. Communication with host and front desk was easy.
