We really liked the location as it was close to restaurants and shopping but not right beside the strip. We were there over a holiday weekend so the strip was very, well, holiday-ish :)! Loved the private beach access down the driveway. The house was clean and functional. Floors throughout every room are beautiful stained concrete which is a plus for allergies and cleanliness although a little hard on the feet. The only thing I couldn’t find in the kitchen were measuring cups for our morning pancakes, but everything else was available. We all slept well on the beds and appreciated the light filtering curtains. One bedroom didn’t have a bedside lamp which made reading a little tricky but for two nights it was manageable. The neighbor next door helped us out at checkout when my daughter accidentally locked us out of the house!! Thank you Megan for helping us get back in and for a delightful stay!

The Cottage was immaculate especially the inside seemed newly remodeled or newly built . Very nice patio . The setting with other cottages there was very quiet & peaceful . AC worked great it was a hot weekend . The beach access to swim was a big surprising perk ! We will book again the same cottage next season!!

All communication from the owner was clear and understandable. The cottage was immaculately clean. Would suggest leaving a dishwasher pod per day of scheduled stay but certainly not a big challenge.All of the beds are very comfortable!

Cute Cottage in Geneva on the Lake

This property was lovely. There was plenty of room inside the cottage for our family of 6 adults. Parking was a concern but Megan our property manager worked with us to accommodate most of our vehicles & golf cart. Thanks bunches Megan!!

Just what we needed!

This was the perfect size for our family of 6. We were in town for an event and a hotel wasn't an option. Didn't get to explore the area much, but definitely lots of activities to keep the kids busy close by.

Excellent property!

We've stayed in several cottages in Geneva on the lake in the past few years. This property is the cleanest, most spacious, and well maintained in our experience. Location is very close to the strip, but far enough for peace and quiet. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Cute and Comfortable place to stay

My family and I decided to go to GOTL for a long weekend trip for Labor Day weekend. This cottage was the perfect size for us and in a great spot. It’s just a short walk or drive to the strip. Lots to do! The kids really enjoyed being close to the lake. They didn’t want to leave.

This place was cute. You can walk to the strip but I would recommend getting a golf cart. We had a couple of issues. The floors were very dirty so must keep shoes or slippers on unless you wanted black feet. The ants oh the ants....they were getting in by the kitchen sink and were all over the counters. Unfortunately we didn't notice until they were all over the food we had bought with us. I did text the manager and she replied quickly with a apology.

Nice Vacation Spot

The property was located pretty close to everything and was easy to access and very clean! A sign in book and/or a few personal recommendations about area eateries and attractions would have been a fantastic addition, but overall a wonderful place!

Best stay in Geneva on the Lake

I highly recommend this rental. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The photos on the listing are authentic and we really liked the location. We were worried it would be too far to walk to the strip however there were sidewalks and we had no problem making the short trip. We will definitely stay here again! We visit the area at least once or twice per year and this was one of the nicest homes we have rented!

Birthday celebration

We can’t to GOTL to celebrate my 60th birthday and just have a little vacation in the summer. It’s only an hour away from our house which made it convenient. We really enjoyed GOTL and the house was the perfect location for us to bike down to the strip or even to the lodge for dinner. My elderly father who uses a walker was able to be comfortable and easily maneuver around the property.

Reunion

We went to this location for a family gathering. We had a great stay. It was one of the hottest times so the lake was a plus. Beautifully appointed home and the owner was responsive and very nice. The house was within walking distance of a beautiful park and the ‘strip’. All in all a wonderful stay for everyone.

Cute place and enjoyable stay!

This was a very cute cottage and perfect for a little girls weekend birthday trip! The pictures on the listing are 100% accurate to the house. Everything was clean and ready upon check-in. The distance to the strip is not far at all, but part of the road is not super walkable, so we drove to avoid that. Theres a little pebble beach you can walk down to by the lake but no actual beach access by the house. Overall, a very cute and clean place for an enjoyable stay! Thank you!

clean, close to strip, easy to communicate.

I picked this because of the location and it being fairly new. i have 2 small children, we didnt hear partying or anything to keep us up too late from the strip. It was clean and had a nice kitchen which was important since we stayed 4 nights with children. It was also close to ashtabula which was nice and not too far from a giant eagle.
