Just 1 mile from all the bars, restaurants, and shops in downtown, and just 4 miles from the beach. Oversized master suite with walk in closet, double shower heads, and KING bed. The Den on the 3rd floor can be used as a 4th bedroom with a full-size pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline from the tiled rooftop terrace.

My team stayed here to work the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Location was great, house was very nice, beds were comfortable. Certainly recommend!

Downtown townhouse

Grandson HS Graduation. House was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and even though it rained, my daughter and I used the pool. Water was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately rain prevented us from using rooftop terrace but we did check it out and it's beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it.

The house was beautiful and well equipped. Our only suggestion was that you find a better cleaning service as the refrigerator was not clean and there was a dirty pan in the oven. The host was very responsive as well but did have to ask for the code to get into the house.

The location was great for getting to the convention center and airport. While the layout of the house was excellent for our group of 5, the supplies and amenities were disappointing. There was zero extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. When we got there, there was maybe half a roll in each bathroom. We finally found a few extra rolls in the kitchen pantry. There were 6 bathrooom towels total for 5 of us for 4 days. Although we did have a few pool towels as well. There were zero hand towels or washcloths. We ended up using some cleaning towels we found in the laundry room for hand towels.The house was very damp and mildewy but the cleanliness seemed fine enough. The pool, we found several empty beer cans in the filter intake. The kitchen was really disappointing. The glass cabinet is hodge podge mix of a few random small glasses, a few coffee mugs, mixing cups, plastic wine glasses, canning jars and crystal perfume bottles. No toaster, no traditional coffee maker, only a small kuerig. The pots and pans were just thrown into a pile in a cabinet along with silverware and utensils all thrown into a big drawer to dig through. Burned out lightbulbs throughout the house, one of the faucets in the master is broken. No extra blankets for the beds anywhere. No hand soap in several of the bathrooms. We will be back next year for the same convention but will not be rebooking this house.
